They send you a bar code via email, take that code to the UPS store, they scan it (even from your phone so you don't have to print it out) and they ship it. 2 minutes out of your day, maybe a dime's worth of gasoline, and you're not a fucking low life thief.

Companies don't improve by having niggers steal from them. They need to know where the merchandise ended up instead of it just disappearing and ending up on ebay. Every time this has happened to me, I've contacted them, they've gone out of their way to make it easy to return their shit, and usually given me gift cards... although on one occasion they sent me a car cell phone mount and said "Just keep it... here's a $30 dollar gift card for letting us know, user."
