Yes it is. I was 350lbs in 2012. Now i am down to 200. Don't drink alcohol regularly. Don't eat fast food regularly. And even the slightest form of exercise will shed the fat rolls away, like simply walking.
What you eat directly correlates to what you weigh, the small exceptions of people with thyroid whatevers are called anecdotal evidence and does not change the general rule over all.
