It's from a children series about an elf named Pyrus who lives in the danish royal archives. It was sent only during Christmas with 24 episodes per "season" from the first to the 24. So it was a countdown to Christmas eve. Pyrus was just a funny prankster kindda guy. 8-12 year old me loved that.
That clip is from the very first season I think. The grand plot was something about the girl in the white dress having memory loss and it turns out she is the Christmas spirit, an angel or something along those lines. If the song is a traditional danish hymn I can't say, but I sure never heard it before or after.
