A loli falls in love with her oniichan.

Not much, I think their history is pretty chaotic and bloody for the most part, living in their own self-imposed dark ages for a very long time and in between transitional periods in which different government bodies ruled most (but not all) of the "country", and it struggled with a battle of military dictators vs. a royal family (which I think was created via military dictators)
It seems to have continued basically until only a hundred or so years ago, Japan was a scary and ruthless place for nearly all of its history
