How do you feel about skinny and relatively short men?
Like 120lbs and 5'9, really skinny.
I'm out of luck, can't get laid, super self conscious about my physique.
What do?

Not my type, but you’ll eventually find a girl that maybe has a starved manlet fetish.

Go to the gym you dumby

I'm naturally 6'1 145 pounds but i go to the gym casually and weigh 170. It's really not hard. You need something to focus on to improve your self worth and what better way than starting with your self conscious issues?

And how are you with women?
I already joined a gym and haven't gained much weight, apparently I have Hypermetabolisme so I either need to eat 4000 calories a day to gain weight or eat what I eat now to maintain my current weight.
I don't know what to do.
The biggest kick is that I'm attractive, girls like me and even ask me out sometimes, it's just that I feel like I'm not good enough or something.
Fuck I don't know.

Have some jungle-tits.

Assuming your physique is the only thing holding you back, your problems are a (relatively) easy fix. You're very underweight for your height, made even worse considering you're also probably skinny-fat. Ditch any cardio you're doing for now and focus on lifting heavy weights consistently at meathead gyms (free weights like squats, deadlifts, and bench, no bullshit machines, no planet fitness memberships, etc.) to build a muscular, attractive physique. At 120lbs, you need to bulk up A LOT, so eat at a huge surplus for the rest of the winter, cut for the summer after you've gained at least 20lbs, and repeat the process in the fall. Takes many years to get serious results, but it's worth it. It'll improve your self-worth and will without a doubt help you get the attention of the opposite sex.

Probably an unpopular suggestion but it worked for me so I'm including it: take steroids. They decreased this 4-5 year timeframe by half, although it still required 5-6x a week of strenuous gym workouts to get to where I'm at right now. I'd suggest training for a few months to get your form down, then adding in a 12-16wk cycle of test. ethanate injections at 500mg/wk + 4 weeks of dianabol at 50mg a day at the start of your cycle to help kickstart your gains. Added 35 pounds of mostly muscle my first cycle, kept 30 of it after PCT'ing.

One caveat though: I'm a 6'2", very muscular 205lb "Chad" with pretty good facial genetics after starting my journey at 160 pounds two years ago. And I still have problems with women. Why? Because while my physical game is good, I'm still not there mentally due to my social anxiety. I bring this up just as a reminder that every guy is insecure about something and just being physically attractive doesn't necessarily mean you have it all figured out. If you have a similar personality and are shy around women, I'd suggest working on that right now, something I should have done from the start instead of playing catch-up.

Basically I have the same mental problem or "block", I just don't feel like I'm worth it. I'm not skinny fat, just really skinny, scared of steroids so not sure about that, but thanks.

Be honest...how old are you?

You question your self worth...did you suffer any abuse as a kid? How's the family circle? Any drinking going on?

Hi deven

Ima bump this bc I feel for OP

Oh shut the fuck up, old meme.

Women don't like manlets, beef yourself up then worry about getting some.

Thats better than being 154 lbs and 6'2.
I look like a love child of Slenderman and Shaggy.

I'm sure some girl out there's into it but most women's ideals about a man include him being taller and bigger than them. It's not as black as white as something you'd see in porn, but most women like to assume the physically submissive role in the relationship, and want a big, masculine guy because it makes them feel more feminine by comparison.

Forgot to mention I'm 6'5'' and I've been told by women it's reaching "too tall" territory, so don't think you need to be 7'0'' to get laid. 6'-6'3'' is probably their ideal. Most women just want you to be taller (or at least as tall) as them anyways, and the average height for a woman is 5'3''-5'4''.

Sorry if I scared you away talking about steroids, that wasn't my intention. They work REALLY well, but you'll get results without them if you're truly dedicated. My non-roided twin brother who started lifting around the same time as me went from 5'11, 135lbs to 170lbs in two years, all while lowering his bodyfat percentage. He definitely looks smaller than me, but still looks really good and has 6 pack abs with great arm vascularity. He's in my opinion not as good-looking as me, but is way more social (also gay, so that helps a lot), and basically has zero problems with attracting partners.

Lifting does wonders to your romantic prospects, gay or straight. Not only that, it will make you feel so much more confident when talking to practically anyone in any social setting to the point where you'll start to notice that people in general are far nicer to you than they ever were before you started lifting. Can't tell you how many times I've told a super shitty joke that got far more laughs from cute girls than it truly deserved or said some stupid bullshit and had people actually listen to me and take my word for it. Truly fascinating how much value we place as a society place in a person's appearance when deciding their social worth. I suppose it's no different than what we as men do when having a conversation with a cute girl, but I digress.

P.S. Should go without saying but dressing well and getting good haircuts are almost as important as your physique. If you don't aren't already have this down, you need to spend some serious time working on this.

Your problems are between your ears. 179cm is not short nor undesirable. Also I hate you for making me look what the hell inches are in meters.
I think being skinny is good. It's far easier to gain weight than lose it. Also, look around you. All the guys who were in my HS were skinny.

Do you have a eating disorder?

Is "I have hypermetabolism I can't gain weight" the new "I'm an ectomorph, I can't gain weight" bullshit excuse skinnyfats use to justify their inability to eat on a surplus?

"Hypermetabolism typically occurs after significant injury to the body. In hospitals and institutions, the most common causes are infections, sepsis, burns, multiple traumas, fever, long-bone fractures, hyperthyroidism, prolonged steroid therapy, surgery and bone marrow transplants. Hypermetabolism may occur in particular in the brain after traumatic brain injury. The cause and location of hypermetabolic symptoms within the body can be accurately detected by PET scan. Symptoms will usually subside once the underlying illness or injury is treated."

Were you actually diagnosed with that by a doctor? Seems far more likely you're just temporarily not used to eating that much in a day and are too lazy to get acclimated to that kind of diet.
