John Lennon & Yoko Ono - Wedding Album
George Harrison - Electronic Sound
Johnny Cash - The Christmas Spirit
Elvis Presley - Paradise, Hawaiian Style
The Beach Boys - Surfin' Safari
The Masked Marauders - The Masked Marauders

I'm surprised I didn't think of Lennon's shitty noise albums.

Found a few on my own. This may be harder than I thought.

The Archies - Everything's Archie

Added.

You don't like Stevie Wonder?

I fucking love Stevie.
But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have bad albums.
Uncle Ray and Song in My Heart were awful.

If The Shaggs are included, then there's no problem putting Trout Mask Replica and An Evening with Wild Man Fischer in this chart.

you might want to keep this one small
people don't usually look for terrible albums

I hadn't heard of Masked Marauders before. It's pretty funny.

People begged for me to put TMR on the best chart but I can definitely put on Fischer.

Making this as a bile curiosity kind of chart but if there’s not enough replies I can shrink it down.

The 1910 Fruitgum Company - 1, 2, 3 Red Light

Decent start.

Personal opinion, but Tone Float by Organisation is pretty forgettable.

Nico – Chelsea Girl
The Doors – The Soft Parade
Big Brother and the Holding Company – Cheap Thrills
Giles, Giles and Fripp – The Cheerful Insanity of
Red Krayola – God Bless the Red Krayola
Aorta – self-titled

>forgettable = worst
tone float is a solid 6/10

dont do "worst" charts, its retarded

>Chelsea Girl
>worst

explain

Do you hate fun? Take that off.

No I just hate The Archies

God Bless Tiny Tim by Tiny Tim is fucking unlistenable

>its retarded
Wow you sure showed me 10/10 criticism gonna delete thread RN oh wait no I'm not go fuck yourself.

I like Surfin' Safari, because it sucks. So it's good for being a hokey joke. Like you could play it at a party and people can't help but smile, but feel like their being fucked in the ass to not act cool for a moment and ease up to have fun.

That's some shit you listen to while you become an active shooter.

I hardcore disagree with Chelsea Girl being on there. These Days is thoroughly my jam.

I like Chelsea Girl, because I'm a baritone and it's a female album I can sing along to. Also I like Cher because she has a deep voice too and I can sing her songs.

lmao this chart is legit better than the best of chart already

I listened to it so much I am done with it, but These Days is a great song just for being something that I OD'd on like a drug.

...

Next album suggested can replace Chelsa Girl.

good music is remembered, but the worst music was forgotten through the years
are you seriously thinking that one of these albums, each one of them made by relatively famous artists, was the worst album of entire decade? Worst album of the 60ties probably sold like shit and nobody here have ever heard it

Heintje - Dit is Heintje
youtube.com/watch?v=8fK8Juogb3c

>are you seriously thinking that one of these albums, each one of them made by relatively famous artists, was the worst album of entire decade?
Yes.
Being famous doesn't exempt you from making shitty albums.
And I'm sure later on I'll get more obscure awful albums.

>1, 2, 3 Red Light
>not a 9/10 pop song
David Byrne understood this, why can't your pleb brain understand it?

youtube.com/watch?v=EkbfcgMUzG8

Added

Oh Christ this is bad....

lmao, not only do you have shit taste in pop music but you're adding things you've never even heard before

>not only do you have shit taste in pop music
Nice blind implying there.

Others are choosing the albums. I trust their judgement.
I'm more than happy to swap it out if you offer a swapout instead of complaining.

Ohio Express - The Ohio Express
(for those who don't know, it's that band which released that annoying "yummy yummy yummy I got food in my tummy" song)

Her Majesty’s Satanic Requests or whatever the fuck that Sgt. Peppers knockoff is called

They're more than eligible then.

That album has a lot of positive reception so I'm more reluctant with that one.
One of the reasons TMR had to go on the top chart instead too.

All bubblegum bands suck

Yeah.

The Cuff Links - Tracy

it's a good album surprisingly

bob dylan’s debut is pretty bad but I don’t know about making it on this list

...

Gotta throw some Englebert Humperdinck on there

Is that a real stage name?

rateyourmusic.com/artist/engelbert-humperdinck
Quintessential Goodwill-core
I would say Release Me is probably applicable

Trout mask replica

That was already put on the Best Of list.

Oh god I actually have a couple records from this fucker. Haven't listened to it.

Much to my dislike, unfortunately.

In what world is Please Please Me among the worst of the 60's, delete this shitty thread.

>Instead of offering another album he bitches
Neat.

Why did you even add it, no one suggested it? Isn't this supposed to be at least somewhat representative of the boards taste as a whole?

Yes. So again, instead of bitching and moaning at me offer an album to replace it. Topsters doesn’t have a delete button.

I'm asking why you were putting it down to begin with, no one asked you to, people last thread didn't agree with it either.

It was the weakest most unremarkable album in their history. It was recorded in a day. It didn’t hold a candle to their other works and is considered, not just by me, to be one of their worst albums.

So I’ll ask you again for the third time.

If you don’t think it fits, what should go in its place?

Me and many others don't believe it to be their weakest, even if its considered lesser than its still almost unanimously critically acclaimed. Just because it's a weaker album by a great band doesn't make it bad in the slightest. I didn't feel like contributing because this is a stupid idea for a thread, but since you won't shut up about it.

Richard Harris - A Tramp Shining

More of the Monkees by The Monkees. At least the Beatles didn't sell out as much as these guys.

> I didn't feel like contributing because this is a stupid idea for a thread,
So you commented on the thread anyway and wasted both your and my time? alright.

yellow submarine by the beatles, obvious

but ‘Hey Bulldog’ and ‘It’s All Too Much’ are 11/10 and enough to uphold Yellow Submarine even at its worst

The idea of a worst of chart is stupid

May cut it here. So it's 25 per bad chart 50 per best chart.
Thoughts?

I'd go 50 per best, 0 per worst personally

And if that's what you think don't waste your time in a threat for a subject you don't like, hm?

All Too Much is fucking based as the living fuck

>75648058
Not bad! I don't get why Dylan is on it though.

Yes I get it you hate worst charts.
Let it go.

yes, cut it here

you asked for thoughts, I gave you them :)
why are you mad? :)

Why did you reply to my post twice?

I meant more along the lines of from the people who weren't nagging about how bad worst charts are the whole thread :)

haha :)

Here's the final chart.
Gonna start best of 70s thread soon.
