>cozy house on the beach about 3-4 miles south of a small beach town in Florida with great restaurants and bars
>just my house next to other, mostly vacant vacation houses
>night-time, a/c cranked up so that I have to have a blanket and fuzzy pj's
>whole battle station set up with awesome speakers, a TV, etc
>fully stocked refrigerator/freezer and kitchen so I can cook myself amazing meals
>PA system with my guitars, electric keyboards, hammond organ, and mics
>an endless supply of booze, different types of nice weed, and adderall
