First album (the one that has "Linger" and "Dreams") was radio "dream-pop" at its finest. Kinda like a more commercial Cocteau Twins or less shitty The Sundays.
Then they jumped in with every 90s trend and became the most annoying band in the planet, not even gonna post that song where she namedrops Kurt Cobain less than a year after he became an hero. They even jumped the Green Day bandwagon in the next album.
