It's a manga that's been running for 20+ years now, and it's pretty incredible. One of the things that's most interesting about it, is that the author has basically reinvented himself in his style several times throughout the series, while still keeping it true to its roots. During the first 10 volumes (referred to collectively as the "Golden Age" arc), it's basically gritty 80s style manga of purely dark medieval warfare, becoming borderlined historical fiction. but in volumes 11-12+ literally hell opens up and pours itself onto earth evil dead style but in a completely serious manner. Over the next ~5 volumes you have every bit of bad in his world corrupted and risen to full blown demonic rape-fests; corrupt priests burning everyone at the stake, packs of roving goblins kidnapping women, raping and impregnating them to make more monsters, an evil god-emporer who tries to take over the world etc. It then turns into a traditional swords/sorcery fantasy where Guts assembles a team of rag-tag heroes to destroy the five God Hands of hell, one of whom was his best friend and rival during the Golden Age.

The Berserk movies suck. They completely change the characters. There's minimal character development. The English dub sucks ass. The animation is crap. Why didn't they just let the anime series keep going? What moron is in charge of revamping these cartoons? Also, why didnt they learn from their mistakes.

Here's the turret. Got another storage basket to glue onto the back of the one that's there, a few supports for the underside, the commander's cupola, some machine gunes, and some ERA plates.

The chassis. Haven't worked on it in a week, only thing left to do is the tracks and the side armor (in next pic). Haven't done them yet since I'm not sure if I'll have time to paint the tracks or not, they're black already and would look fine, but if I had extra time I might paint them).

I was thinking about finding some cute 1/35 anime figurines actually, I think it'd be funny.

Last one was an M18 Hellcat, I'm pleased with how it came out for my first one. I have a bunch of spare parts between that one in this one, I'm gonna maybe get an airbrush and try out camouflage on then, see if I can do that for the next one I get.
I think my problem is I'm rushing things and not taking the time to sand the pieces 100% or glue them 100% right, so I might bring my stuff to uni and do one there, where I have 3 month instead of 3 weeks to do it. Or over the summer.
