I'm involved in the making of a 12 minute romantic comedy about a white supremacist and a member of ISIS. Jackson Rathbone from Twilight and Amir Malaklou from Argo star. The kid from Project X and Kid Cannabis wrote and directed it.
thanks! did you get to montage/gump? hope you dig the rest.

>neo-nazi >le libertarian snake hat
Jackson Phillips
this really needs to be posted on Sup Forums to trigger the shit out of them
Leo Powell
yeah i borrowed the hat from my libertarian friend. good catch.
Chase Cook
naw i think they'll like it, oddly enough. they can laugh at themselves way more than the clinton lovers do. i'd like to make fun of limo liberals in my next project
Lucas Powell
Was pretty enjoyable desu
But I gotta ask, is Jonathan as autistic as he appears in project x/kid cannabis and that porno or is that just his character or what
Anthony Brooks
i mean i'm posting on Sup Forums in the third person so yeah so I'm probably on the spectrum,
Josiah Taylor
Where'd you get the idea for this?
Ian Nguyen
The short that is
Josiah Foster
i mean, I know I'm probably a sperglord, but marijuana/weight loss has basically granted me a pretty robust social life that i wouldn't have had otherwise. i'm pretty grateful for that.
Colton Long
I wanted to play with the idea of the two American bogeymen: The scary white man and the scary Muslim. I wanted to play with concepts based around extremism, alienation and loneliness.
I also wanted to juggle three tones:Start at Breaking Bad/thriller, merge into Step Brothers/slapstick, end at The Notebook/romance.
Lots of hidden in jokes/easter eggs too. Let me know if you spot any.
Ayden Bailey
that made me laugh/smile a lot more than I expected If I like this on vimeo, will your producers get mad at you?
Jacob Rogers
> romantic comedy about a white supremacist and a member of ISIS] so whacky XDD I think it should be more of a bromance with playful banter, would make more sense with the title and all, imo. anyway it's pretty solid overral, the only thing that really bothered me was the WEED LMAO videoclip in the middle that makes me want to kill you.
Xavier Edwards
yeah do me a favor and don't like. not sure it will make difference though as settings are basically kept at 0 so nobody can see any of it anyway.
We are submitting to a ton of festivals. Aiming at Sundance, Slamdance, SXSW, and Tribeca, along with some other small-mid level ones.
If the festival circuit is a bust, I'll launch it online late January.
(seriously? fucking three captchas?)
Liam Phillips
Why can't we get real celebrities on here? Just sperglord gamergate Sup Forumslack autists.
Henry Price
weed is great. sorry shitty seth rogen movies turned you off of the herb.
Levi Rodriguez
Because it's Sup Forums.
okay im off to feed my friend's cats. thanks for validating my
Adrian Moore
We've had a few Josh Trank drunkenly posted a selfie here and answered questions following the release of f4ntastic
That's the most recent "definite" one On top of that, I'm confident that James Gunn has posted here a couple of times. And there was a producer who posted who said that he frequently saw actors browsing Sup Forums on their phones
I imagine a lot of them just enjoy the anonymity
Colton Rodriguez
it's not about the weed, it's the videoclip around it. I dont even recall seth rogen doing it, but seems like every le epic party flick has to do it so teens can masturbate over the fun people on screen are having
Brody Hughes
last movie i saw with LOL WEED scenes was Sausage Party where the food smoked weed for 10 minutes. shit was weak.
Anthony Bailey
Idk I thought it made a little bit more sense in the context here, since I took it as their relationship was progressing from things we'd expect from their interaction to increasingly more unexpected shit
Not like a purely random LMAO 420 type situation
Liam Ross
>vimeo.com/185875273 Halfaway through. 7/10 Would buy a digital copy. When is it coming out, OP?
Nathaniel Hernandez
>i'd like to make fun of limo liberals in my next project Liberal here. You better.
Jack Edwards
aiming for early next year. submitting it to the festival circuit and aiming for january-march release depending on where we get accepted.
Cooper Garcia
I don't know much about these festivals. Can I buy an online copy of it?
I'm of to bed, so this is the last (you) in this conversation.
Henry King
naw i'll just put it up for free next year. no money in this short. Feel free to pass it around and watch whenever you want.
email me [email protected] if you want a blu-ray or the film on a flash drive and I'll mail it to you for 7 bucks or something.
