This is not a tazer, it is at best a zapper and it wont cause death unless it goes across the heart

there should be a transformer somewhere in that circuit that raises the voltage up to 10kv or so, and even then, it'll be such a low amperage as to do almost nothing.

Voltage doesn't matter or kill Amps do.
And it takes just under 1 amp to kill the average human. Amperage is Voltage divided by resistance. Read Ohm's law.

Imagine electricity like it's water. Voltage is the volume. Amperage is the current that's actually flowing through. So, say you have a great wide riverbed that is 300 feet wide (300 volts)... but it's the dry season and only a trickle of water is flowing down the middle. That's the amperage.

That analogy is not precisely accurate but it should help adjust your retard brain.
