I actually do agree we need a new flag. England no longer holds our values and are not our friends. We have more in common with Ireland if anything.
Our flag should focus on the white prisoner aspect of our heritage. Australians as white people have no guilt they should feel. They were prisoners sent here of no choice of their own. Only a minority of our country are descendants of British masters.
