The rape and assault scene in Death Wish

It's embarrassing but I watched Mars Attacks when I was like 6 and the opening battle fucking terrified me, everyone burning alive into skeletons and I was too young to understand the humour in it.

youtu.be/XDAaTzccCik
this was worse for me

youtube.com/watch?v=DMaNewyl__4

youtube.com/watch?v=nxpV9V7lup0

youtube.com/watch?v=9MDFan__QXg

Saw this when I was 5-6 years old and had nightmares about it for months.
youtube.com/watch?v=6JKBQnNs_wk

This scene still disturbs me.

...

>Brain Suck
King Kong? I'm not clicking that. Fuck that scene. Fuck those worms.

this movie is fucked up

youtube.com/watch?v=rXUOHb9K9Mo

The halved dog in Return of The Living Dead, and the nude yellow guy taking a pick-axe to the head without stopping. Saw only that part when I was like 5 and then my sister turned the tv off and it's one of my most vivid childhood movie-watching memories. Sis' made the right fucking call turning it off, too. I would not have been able to handle the rest.

ACK ACK ACK

...

Their faces don't bother me. It's the face of the sweet womanly ghost that turns into a monster.

I literally can't watch it again.

Man, the chestburster dream scene in Aliens fucked me up really good. I didnt sleep well until a week later I think.

Parents were watching Nightmare on Elm Street 2, sort of peeked into the room and this scene was on with the dogs with the human faces

this has haunted me for years
youtube.com/watch?v=vV5VikGvrnI

GODDAMN RICH CUNT

That ship log scene in Event Horizon fucked me silly for weeks

The part where everyone is cut in half in Ghost Ship

The opening of Final Destination 2

I stopped watching both movies at those points. I did go back and watch FD2 later on but I don't think I ever finished Ghost Ship.

youtube.com/watch?v=wsjhdoWKtXM

Fire in the Sky felt pretty damn real as a kid-- like it was something that could happen to me. Spooked me good for a few weeks as a kid.

This and the ripping off of Torez' head, Miguel's suicide, and Rhoades getting pulled in half whilst his guts are being eaten. Back in the 90's, Day of the Dead robbed my innocense and made me into a gore hound.

>I don't think I ever finished Ghost Ship
You saw the best scene in the movie already, so you didn't miss much.

This is literally the only horror movie I can't watch as an adult just because of the scream getting high pitched for a brief moment.

same

Eric? Eric the midget?

Ending of Berserk -97

Still havent recovered

The Other's scene with the old crone the hag acting like a little girl

I vaguely remember a scene where a kid's hiding in the closet and the hag opens it up suddenly? I haven't seen it since I was a kid but I remember that giving me nightmares for a while. I forget the plot for that movie anyway, wasn't nicole kidman and her kids the ghosts in the end? if so then who's the creepy old lady.

It's Starship Troopers

Watched this when I was like 7. The voice freaked me out.

youtu.be/EniROJmSS8U

I think she was a medium hired by the new family trying to communicate with the ghosts living in the house.

seriously this

fuck peter jackson he's a piece of shit god damn it

>not recognizing Starship Troopers from the still

Nigga you have a movie to go watch

NO
IAN MALCOLM
DON'T DO IT

youtube.com/watch?v=-7N_Ko9e3pQ

Watched this movie way sooner than I should have

Large Marge

...

>used to hate this scene
>eventually realised that Mellish is a cunt and had it coming for the way he treated the German POWs earlier in the film

>le nazis were da good goys

I don't fall for the Sup Forums boogeyman, but fuck off.

All of it.

fuck i had a friend over and my parents were watching this movie and this bit came on and i started crying

nothing will trump me watching robocop for the first time and freaking out when that one ass hole was submerged in toxic waste.

that shit drove me to tears. fucking just holy shit.

>regular soldiers that late in the war being equated with evil nazis
>POWs not being due good treatment, no matter which side they're one

Fuck the nazis, fuck naziboos' "they dindu nuffin!" mentality, and fuck people who mistreat POWs.

I don't actually remember him mistreating any POWs, though.

>7 years old
>one of Dad's friends who had Sky, taped Batman Returns for us
>after watching Batman I found out that instead of manually stopping the tape at the end of the movie, or using Video+ to end it, they had just left the tape recording.
>Batman Returns had been followed by Basic Instinct
>too young to fap to the intro, but still watched out of curiosity
>the ice pick comes out and turns the sex scene into a frenzied attack, with lots of screaming, and blood spraying over naked bodies
>quickly NOPE out, stopping the tape, and proceed to have nightmares for a week
Within a couple years the tape ended up becoming one of my go-to wankflicks, along with Species

You are me. Plus I was ill that time having a fever.
Animatrix was too kino for me at that age.

Holy fucking Jesus.

This scene looked so painful. It's still a technical marvel of a scene too.
On top of being horror kino, American Werewolf in London also had plenty of genuine spooks.

Oh man, Species. I remember the scene in 2 when the guy blows his head off and then it regenerates. That creeped me out for the longest time. I watched it recently actually, that scene, because I remember it and I just laugh at the shitty CGI.

Recommend me some SAW, Cube like puzzle movies. The gorier the better

THIS SHITTY MOVIE
youtube.com/watch?v=-Y2wqkD2KVM

the black shadows

I had nightmares during years with that shit. Hey let's see this romantic movie... traumatized for years....

SAW and Cube

>Ghost
>shitty
>implying it isn't Swayze-kino

That Resident Evil movie where the kid zombies jump on some guy and eat him alive

The scene from king kong where the dude gets eaten by the worms

youtu.be/pX9hL93HPMI
This shit fucked me sideways

this movie actually had a few scenes that are scary af for a kid, bit the talking head in fridge stuck with me most

Kill...me....

The bug pit scene in King Kong.

all he did was hold up his star of david and say "juden" to provoke them

being annoyed doesnt violate the geneva convention

I grew up pretty much in the woods of Washington. Early to mid 90's. This and the XFiles early season and USA playing Friday the 13th all the time terrified me. We actually had an abandoned camp site within exploring distance.

m.youtube.com/watch?v=aO7yO24g-Xs

Signs really messed me up for a long time

man x-files had tons of nope from what i remember, need to marathon it when i have time

...

For me the baseball bat scene in Casino was way more traumatizing.

Seriously what the fuck

Getting beaten to death by bats seem ways worse than getting stabbed to death

It was the fact that they were brothers that got me, because then I thought of me and my own brother in this situation and how horrifying that would be.

>ywn be johnny boz

the rape scenes in death wish 2 gave me a rape fetish. the one where the black guy rapes the tramautized white girl while his friends are looking.

>getting off before he gets offed

What a life.

Same. Best metamorphosis ever

Omen III, the two would-be assassins getting trapped under the grate.

depends. blows to the head you lose consciousness pretty fast. Stabbings you got a lot of nerves to feel that shit.

I cried when Michael J Fox died and my dad got upset that I didn't want to watch the rest of the movie.

youtube.com/watch?v=MJDZvXUv0Lk

It was playing on television during thanksgiving
It was all I could think of as I ate with my family

The kid on a bike in Toxic Avenger. Saw that when I was like 6 or 7 and never rode a bike until I was 13.

some early xfiles episode with some mind tentacle alien that comes out of the mouth.
alien
the ring

The alaska ish ear to mind worm didnt bother you then? I think that is one of the best episodes

>Plus I was ill that time having a fever
I had this exact experience but with the matrix reloaded, and those movies already have this reality-warping and very distinct atmosphere to them that combined with the fever it's just the perfect recipe to enter this new perspective on existence which is terrifying and so uncomfortable.

youtu.be/tgexlFMneUI
I already had an irrational fear for witches and this cemented it further. To this day, shit like the sorceress in that Grim brothers movie and the Melisandra old hag transformation in GoT fucks me up.

I saw the parody first, so I couldn't take this movies seriously.

>tfw you on some level think you can relate to the same type of fears that led people to burn witches in the past
It's just something so damn disturbing about the old crone/witch pretending to be young and that whole shit, I don't know what it is.

ITT: cucks

...

Prince of Tides

fucking fuck movie, I still have that shit burned into my memory. 6 year old-kid stayed late didn't want to go to sleep, watched grown up tv, this fucking piece of shit of a movie came up. that scene, as if they made it to feel traumatised for a month, but as a kid that shit was too much.

yeah this scared me as a kid too lol

Yeah, the Nightmare on Elm Street movies I can only see as comedies outside of the first one.

Like, how could anyone take that seriously as horror?

the kid in sixth sense that's throwing up because her mum poisoned her gave me nightmares for months

Also I hate when anyone gets killed with a plastic bag to the head

...

Such a horrible death for such a based character

youtube.com/watch?v=pmLP0QQPqFw

but its extremely over-top violent for "family movie". I remember my dad switched to whole shit off after scene where redneck family sees their soldier son melting into skeleton. Also wasn't there burning wheelchair patients at the elderly home?

dude, are you me? Mars Attacks fucking scarred me. My biggest fears as a child were aliens and skeletons, and this movie was pure nightmare fuel.

ET

Still havent watched this fucking flick 20 years later.

Watching a random scene from Rocky Horror, which I never realized what the movie was until much later, left me with a fetish for varying forms of transvestites. Different kind of trauma though.

I love me some Signs

>mfw the party scene

youtube.com/watch?v=gtUUXJhoMUc

youtu.be/GxX-SPD6bW4?t=48s

in a fucking Disney movie

youtube.com/watch?v=wUQMvlH39XA

Lmao
