Every song they made after Amnesiac
Bones, easily. Horrible song.
Californication
we suck young blood
Winner, even though I don't think it's that bad, it's still this.
Most shit off the Bends.
Desert Island Disk is shit in musical form
But Moon Shaped Pool is their best album
I would say something from Amnesiac, but those are practically B-Sides.
Pulk. I fucking hate that song vehemently.
all of them
shit band
House of Cards
Pop Is Dead
Drown yourself.
A Punch Up At a Wedding
Myxomatosis
Scatterbrain
One of those, it's the worst 3 song streak ever. I refuse to listen to them again right now to determine which one I hate the most.
We Suck Young Blood
Creep
Punch Up is a fucking drag, Myxomatosis wants to be intense, but ends up feeling empty, the Cuttooth lyrics gives a sour taste of this somehow being on an album while Cuttooth got the sack.
Scatterbrain is fucking great, though, fuck yourself.
rude
Why do people hate this song so much? It’s basically radiohead does nick drake.
It's also basically a short interlude, it's really inoffensive.
Like, if it was like 5-6 minutes or something, all right, but what we have is really too small to get hung up on.
How that song is a jam
No way
Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors
This song made me despise Amnesiac.
"The Gloaming". Fuck that song.
Sulk
Really? That song is a great example of minimal EDM better than most of the other stuff they've done like that.
(Packt like sardines in a tin can is still #1 though.)
That’s not Hail To The Theif
fuck you buddy
>implying How To Disappear Completely isn’t Radiohead’s cover of River Man
That album gets so much unwarranted hate.
>it's sooooo long!
Come off of it. It is three minutes longer than OK Computer
>it is soooo unfocused
Most of their albums are pretty disparate in a lot of ways.
Eh.
It's a grower, used to think it was the definite worst on the album, now I see it's one of the best.
OK Computer is also too fucking long. There's like three-four tracks you could easily cut from it, not even counting Fitter Happier.
Myxomatosis is great and I'll never understand you fuck ups.
>thinking Fitter Happier is nonessentIal
Hehhehheh
A Wolf At the Door bothers me for some reason.
I don't think it is as great a closer as a lot of people do, and in fact most of their closers don't hit me as hard as their openers do, but the part where it goes
>Steal all my children if I don't pay the ransom
>And I'll never see them again if I squeal to the cops
Is top-tier Radiohead
Radiohead are definitely way better at openers than closers.
I understand disliking Scatterbrain, but Punchup and Myxomatosis have always been favorites for me.
Harry Partch (In Memory Of). All other answers are wildly off base when compared to the crushingly bad music contained on that song.
Almost every person I've talked to about HttT over then last five years says they think "Punchup" is shite, but I think it is good. Great contrast to "I Will" which is actually one of my favs from that album.
morning bell/amnesiac is a piece of shit
It's beautiful, though. Only really bad part is the lyrics are just lifted quotes from the guy.
No Surprises
In Limbo
TAKE THAT BACK TAKE THAT FUCKING BACK YOU FILTHY MISERABLE FUCKING EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING
myxomatosis is a fkin bangin tune mate
ok now that's clear bait
(Ocean) Bloom
the numbers
three hours
?
Yeeeaaah basically. It really sucks.
was for
this
>Hardmode: nothing off PH
>Expert mode: nothing under 2min
>God mode: no b-sides
Feral
easy
Wtf man Punch Up is fucking incredible, so is Myxomatosis. I don't get all the hate HTTT gets. It's a fucking incredible piece of music. Especially tracks like scttrbrn or there, there
HTTT is the most underrated album of all time imo
but wth do i know, im a total RH-head
>In Rainbows is bad
Dropped.
how is 'the numbers' even remotely bad?
It's fucking amazing
We Suck Young Blood
the drum beat alone makes it atleast a decent track
You are fucking delusional. In Limbo is probably the closest i've ever gotten to a psychadelic drug experience without actually taking drugs.
>Radiohead does Maroon 5
Yes
HAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
I'm not talking about the TKOL version- that's one of my favorite tracks they've ever done. I'm referring to the Hans Zimmer collab for Blue Planet 2. It could've been really good, but I think the end product was mediocre at best.
I actually like House of Card but fuck me that's appt.
>You, Planet Telex, Airbag, Everything, Packt Like Sardines, 2+2=5, 15 Step, Bloom, Burn the Witch
>Blow Out, Street Spirit, The Tourist, Motion Picture Soundtrack, Life in A Glass House, Wolf, Videotape, Separator, True Love Waits
hmmmm
Not that user but it's arguably got Thom's most trash lyrics to date. That said, the composition is indeed fucking amazing so it evens out a bit.
>Myxomatosis
triggered
i love that song
>What's objectively their worst song?
>What's objectively their worst
>What's objectively their
>What's objectively
>What's
>What's objectively
>objectively
>objectively
>objectively
>objectively
>objectively
I think most of those closers are inferiour. "Street Spirit" is incredible, and I love "Life in a Glasshouse", but most of those others are just good.
I'd be willing to argue that the low points of Kid A and In Rainbows are "Motion Picture Soundtrack" and "Videotape".
For some reason Faust Arp ruins the perfect flow of In Rainbows for me. It sounds obnoxious on purpose
Faust Arp reminds me of Road Trippin' by RHCP so I couldn't really get into that song; I mean I enjoy listening to both songs but in my mind they are way too similar for me to appreciate fully.
This
Works really well in context of the album though. There's not much there but there doesn't have to be.
Faust Arp is actually fucking perfect, though.
Give Up The Ghost for sure
this.
that's a top 10 Radiohead song you mong
Some people really hate that song, but I wouldn't even call it the worst on Hail to the Thief. Any particular reason for the hate?
>not a single mentionof Burn the Witch
>literally a song about twitter
>doesn't fit with the album at all
>worst lyrics to date
Give up your life.
That album is one of their most eclectic and instrumentally unusual to date. It isn't really out of place at all.
Also, it's allegorical with simple lyrics. It's a very good song dog.
The fact we even got Burn the Witch at all makes it great.
It was written during the Kid A sessions. How the fuck is it about twitter?
>written in like 2003
>about twitter
Yeah, sure.
>mfw listening to a melancholy radiohead song
A god tier piano break surrounded by four and a half minutes of bullshit. It's just annoying.
Hmm I get this, but it utilises a lot of atmosphere and dreary singing so that dynamic shift will have more importance. It reminds me of some of the stuff Mogwai and Godspeed have done, albeit a little more nuanced with more vocals.
This, it's the most B-sidey shit imaginable.
Like, yeah, fun idea, but don't put it on the actual album.
Hunting Bears
No.
They are legally required to write at least one depressing and melancholy ballad per album
Treefingers my nigga
>Shitting on "Videotape"
Get the fuck off my board you musically illiterate fuck
I wouldn't go that far, but it's easily the weakest song on IR.
Not a terrible pick. It not umpleasant, but to think it made the album and Staircase didn't is infuriating.
>I'd be willing to argue that the low points of Kid A and In Rainbows are "Motion Picture Soundtrack" and "Videotape".
Argue whatever you want, that's wrong.
fucking /thread
That song is annoying af and kills the mood every time they play it live
You should give up the ghost to be honest
Scatterbrained is great. Wtf mang
