Fantano is really out of touch. He has no idea what teens like, or why they like it. Proof is recent reviews on really popular memerappers like lil uzi vert, especially saying shit like "lil uzi vert's 15 minutes are up", showing he has literally no idea what current sphere is like for poprap.

So, after endlessly bashing shit that's really popular and trending and getting people suspicious of just how out of touch he is, he gave lil pump a high score because he's trending, and doesn't want to look out of touch yet again. In reality he's just proving the opposite, because while lil pump is very popular with teens, no teen actually thinks he is good - even most of his fans admit he's shit, and gets a pass purely off vibe and hype factor. Literally nobody claims lil pump is actually good, that's not the reason he's trending, and fantano doesn't get it.

he's been out of touch for a while now, and has always had shit opinions prior. He's pandering to rapfags over all else, because it seems rap is what's been trending for a while now and teens eat it up.
