Arguing in favor or not in favor? The injuries certainly did affect the Seahawks. If the game had not been the Super Bowl, Kam, Earl, and Sherman would not have played IIRC. They lost Lane and Avril during the game, two key defensive players. The Seahawks still had a chance at the end. Injuries did affect the outcome of the game, but that's football. Game certainly could have been different if even Avril had stayed in.

Not in favour

so, by not in favour, do you mean that you are trying to argue that injuries DID NOT have an effect on their chances of winning? Or are you trying to argue that injuries DID have an effect on their chances of winning?

Why does it matter? You're not American.

cry more faggot

seacucks lost bc wilson came up small in the end

It wasn't injuries but retarded play calling

Question OP, why did Denver lose SB48?

>Need help denying the reality that the Pats and Tom Brady are both the GOAT
Na, I won't be helping you there

Not OP, but it was because manning is a world class fucking choker artist and a terrible leader. You keep everything the same but put Brady on that team in place of Manning, and 48 is a classic. Broncos maybe don't win, but it isn't an embarrassment like it was for peyton.

Ot doesnt matter.

They literally lead the game for a majority. And they would had won without that meme int

>hawks fan here

There are a shit ton of hawks fans that cry about this still....completely disregrading the fact it was one of the best owls ever. It was a bad call but butler made one great play. Atleast it wasn't a half of terrible calls and blowing a 25 point lead.

But look at the stats before and after Jeremy Lane got hurt. Not saying we would have won, but Brady's numbers were terrible before Lane broke his arm/blew out his Knee

>that meme int

That's a strange way to spell "the greatest defensive play in superbowl history"

The Pats just won a Super Bowl without the most dominant non-QB player in the league: Gronk.

The Seahawks won their lone SB with Denver having a ton of injuries (including no Von Miller or Chris Harris).

You could do this for almost every SB.

Pats also had a hobbling Gronk in the 2011 SuperBowl.

Meme INT? How the fuck is a ridiculously good play a "meme INT"? Cornball normie.

The whole reason Seattle had a lead to begin with was due to the help of an equally improbable joke of a fucking TD drive the Pats allowed in 32 second and 3 plays right before the half.

> Brady's numbers were terrible before Lane broke his arm/blew out his Knee

The retarded shit I'm reading in here is just mind blowing.

The Pats were in the redzone in the 1st fucking quarter, which is a ridiculously small sample size to begin with

>his stats were terrible

Hang yourself if you're this dumb.

Gronk was injured for a many years.

A healthy Gronk in 11' & 15' & we talking about 7 chips

Steelers would win the Super Bowl literally every year if they didn't always end up top 3 in man games lost due to injuries. Even the years we win the team is rekt with injuries.

>not rampant systematic steroid use in which your beloved departed owner greenlite.

>tfw super bowl 50 is going to be Super Bowl L and not even dumbass americans can turn it into Super Bowl XXXXX

I would take offense, but it's Portugal.

Suck a dick.

>is going to be
super bowl 50 was over a year ago, retard

You're just mad because football is a million times better than eggballhandtoss and you know it.

Their secondary was their strongest unit and it was decimated. Not an excuse really, fair is fair. But there's no question that the injuries made a difference.

>Seahawks were forced to have an injured fourth string cornerback cover edelmen

rip

What did he mean by this?

A (you) 4u m8

>luckkick
>better than skillthrow
lol

the packers had 17 starters on injury reserve when they won superb owl 45
the better team wins on the biggest day, end of story

The whole reason Seattle even had a chance to win in first place was because of a meme catch.

This. Brady picked on Marcus Burley(or whoever it was) the whole fourth quarter. Edelman absolutely abused him. If Lane didn't break his arm, Seahawks probably win. But so is sports. Gotta be good and a little bit lucky to win it all

It was Tharold "147.5 Passer Rating Allowed" Simon. I don't think he's even in the league anymore.

Brady picked on a weak link, that was the gameplan, if he wasn't injured he would have approached the game differently.
It's impossible to know >would have won
this is a dumb fucking thread

Who cares about other countries interests

t. CIA guy 4 you.

Steelers can never get passed Brady in the post-season, and hardly ever in the regular season for that matter either. Injured or healthy, it hasn't mattered in the last 16 years. The Steelers might have 9 championships by now if they didn't run into the Patriots in the post season. Brady is too good at demolishing the Steelers for what you say to hold any water. Patriots-Steelers is the most one sided rivalry of the Brady-Belichick era.

It's as simple as this. The Steelers always have a shit secondary. I mean like since Brady came on to the league... shit secondary.

The Steerlers like that 3-4 linebacker blitz shit.

Brady spreads the formation wide as to dissipate blitz congestion, pre snap reads like a champ, gets the ball out within 2 seconds on a piss pour secondary.

This has been going on for like fifteen years now.

this one mabey

Yikes that's awful. I remember yelling at the TV when he kept lining up across from Edelman. Don't know why Carroll didn't adjust. Made it easy for Brady to pick that defense to shreds

>it's a Steelers keep trying to blitz while Brady just spreads the offense and forces the Steelers secondary to not be shit episode
Steelers have gotten exposed by this game plan for 15 years now it's hilarious how they refuse to do anything about it

>the greatest defensive play in superbowl history

nigger it wasn't even the best goal line int in super bowl history lmao

webm related is the actual bets defensive play in SB history

Teams without defenses don't win Superbowls.

the seahawks were humiliating the patriots until avril got hurt. after avril the patriots could double team bennett the rest of the game and they finally could get their offense going

if avril didn't get hurt, the patriots would have been destroyed. even considering lane went down, and kam chancellor/sherman were playing hurt.

the defense blew it in the second half
