hi. im 18. my diet consist of 300 mls of chockmilk or coffee per day. sometimes i have some potato chips to, or rarely a frozen thing like a pie. i shit once a week at the most or not at all. i have been living like this for 2 years. 1 because i cant cook in the place i am right now, 2 because i am really lazy and have 0 motivation to live. What are your thoughts? i basically eat nothing and am pretty weak and dont have much energy. i am actually skinnier and weaker than i was when i was 15. think i am going to die. i want to build up my strength again though and put on weight. what are the best/ easiest to prepare foods that i can buy? stuff for protein, muscle development and that shit. also recommend any powder types of stuff you know of. never gotten into that but now i want to. Also my penis has stayed the same size for 2 years i think. sucks. im either gonna kill myself slowly by living like this or get better. i do wanna be strong and fit but even if i workout and eat good from now on ill always be behind because of having so much time doing nothing and being malnutritioned and weak..

Probably high in sugar, just get some vanilla flavored yogurt + fruit + granola. Granola makes it taste better, and it's vanilla not your typical sour yogurt bullshit

I'm 27 (150 pounds) here's my lazy man diet:

-Frozen pizzas
-Pizza pockets
-Kraft Dinner
-Hot dogs
-Cheese grilled sandwiches
-Mr. noodles (ramen noodles)
-Chicken burgers
-Regular chips+dip

With 3 cokes a day, though recently I've changed that to 3-4 beers a day.

calisthenics isnt that like girl exercises? i absolutely cannot do any squatting or shit like that no matter how good it is or leg exercises i am already have a feminine body. i will only do wights, arm exercises and stuff like pushups. if you know any exercises that will help shape my body to be more masculine then please share

Eat at least 1 gram per bodyweight, of protein per day.

Supplements:

Mix this with milk, blended oats, and either 1-2 scoops of peanut butter, easy mass gainer
Calisthenics means body weight, it's bodyweight exercises. Your using your bodyweight to add resistance, push ups, pull ups, dips, all can be done at home

whatever vegetables you can get (cheap canned tomato etc can do, but you really should also get shit like spinach but that's not cheap. if you do cover it in oil, add iodized salt (only use iodized salt) and vinegar)

Sausages (if you're too lazy to cook them, microwave them, I used to do this when I couldn't be fucked when I was going to the gym) make sure you cover them with a plate while youre microwaving them

Don't get canned tuna, lots of mercury - avoid.

Buy lots of tuna and minute rice, grocery store bread. It's cheap and should load you up on carbs and protein.

If you try exercising now it won't do you any good because you're a frail corpse with no metabolism. When you put on 10-15 pounds and get your metabolism up, start doing body weight exercises. Push-ups, sit ups, crunches, squats. After you build some strength get a gym membership.

Greek yogurt is very good, and is somewhat probiotic. I put some granola in with mine when I eat it. If your diet has been shit for a long time, then you'd best eat probiotic foods. It won't take long to get your body right again. We're talking only a few months. It's easier to be skinny and get better, rather than fat and get skinny.

Peanut butter has a good amount of healthy fats, and decent amount of proteins, depending on the brand name.

When in college, don't worry if you miss a day's work, SLEEPING AND EATING IS *WAY* MORE IMPORTANT THAN GETTING A PAPER IN ON TIME. It's ok to miss a day or two, but when it's every day you *will* get fucked by it. I thought I could handle it like I did when I was 18 because that was only two years ago and it fucked me. Btw actual fruits make good snacks.
