There was a BF thread last night, one user suggested its his phyco brother who has a history of doing shit like this online.
Digging through the user history now for more clues, there was one post I saw that I can't find now where he said "I" instead of "him" when talking about Brendan, and mentioning his website that hasnt been updated in 10 years.

I was the one that suggested the theory that ChamCham might be Brendans crazed crackhead brother Regan Fraser, but of course its still just a theory.
Regan's odd ranting and writings are the closest that matches with ChamChams writings and judging by Regans writings he is still completely obsessed with Brendan (just like ChamCham) despite Brendan and his parents disowned Regan years ago.
