I don't order pizza anymore, and it's mostly the way they drive. They drive worse than the police as far as speeding, cutting off, being in the way when you're trying to back out, and using drugs on the job. The most near-collisions I've had were with these assholes and their shitbox cars.

Their sense of entitlement is beyond tiring, always bitching about tips. Uh, you just drive food to houses and businesses and for the most part get to listen to your own music under little supervision. They're not special for just doing their job yet they hold a grudge if not tipped.

I always tipped, but they don't deserve it because they don't actually do anything out of the ordinary.

If they would actually walk back to their car and bring back requested red pepper or napkins and didn't say stupid shit like "well you should've told us that when you ordered" or actually have a pen that worked to sign receipts I'd actually think well of tipping.

The sheer number of relatively unrelated things a fast food worker has to do per minute is pretty intense. All simple tasks of course, but the pace is enough that mistakes are inevitable unless you are pretty strong on a particular sort of short-term memory. I can do carpentry, masonry, calculus, CAD, and a bit of programming just fine, but got fired from a Subway for being too slow and screwed up regularly at a BK a little later on.
