Just the desire to have lucid dreams is usually enough suggestion to trigger them. The problem is remembering them. You can have lucid dreams all night long, but you forget them within 15 minutes of waking without changing the way your brain treats dream memory.
You're going to need to hack your brain. You do that through repetition and biofeedback. In this case, you need to keep a dream journal; the INSTANT you wake up, it has to become second nature for you to grab your dream journal and scribble down as much of and as many of your dreams as you can. When this starts happening without any conscious effort on your part, you'll begin reprogramming the way your brain stores dream memory, moving it from short-term to long-term memory. At this point you'll begin remembering them.
