the symbolism is ham fisted as fuck, most of the dialogue is awful, the torture scene destroys what little character chang had, i mean goddamn there are like three good scenes total
the dinner scene, the fight, and the shootout
everything else is extremely drawn out, takes itself far too seriously, and stretches and reiterates its already thin and shallow symbolism far too often
at least the neon demon felt self aware at times
