Favorite albums to trip to.
For me it's gotta be lonerism. Whole album makes me feel fantastic with and without sobriety. What's your favorite album/songs to trip to? :)

Right band, wrong album
No, he got it right. Lonerism is for tripping
I disagree but okay. Elephant is way too heavy to trip to.
DUDE WEED LMAO
For tripping to. It's not heavy metal, it's just too intense to vibe to while tripping.
any chemical brothers. big beat works with tripping so well its crazy.
this thread is so epic! i personally listen to this old dog by mac demarco or king gizz, real weird shit!
edit: thanks for the gold!
They're fucking dope man haha. I also make sure to sip on lean while listening to yung lean. You ever done xanax while listening to king krule? Woahhh dude so trippy
Elephant is awesome to trip to. Feels like you are riding the guitar. I will say that currents is fantastic tho. Just less consistent than lonerism. I heard new person same old mistakes for the first time ever on my first time tripping and it was orgasmic.
Goosebumps live performance on Kimmel. (Fullscreen)
Butterfly Effect Music Video
Travi$ Scott is it.
fun fact: the more music you listen to, the worse tame impala sounds to your ears
stop wasting acid lol
>king gizz
DUDE
SICK
RIFF
AWOOOOO IM SO HIGH HAHAHA COUGH
this. Grow up pleb you aren't the first one to trip on acid.
Fun fact: enjoying tame impala doesn't mean you do not listen to a lot of music.
Bonus: insulting people for not liking the music you like doesn't mean your taste is better than theirs.
Wow who would be known.
What if the more music I listen to the more I appreciate Tame Impala and it only serves to solidify them as one of my favorite artists?
I don't care about them while i'm sober but they always makes me travel in space after eating shrooms
Then your taste in psychedelic rock is lacking.
>Fun fact: enjoying tame impala doesn't mean you do not listen to a lot of music
Actually, it does
Tame impala is oddly good at heaving a very very specific type of stereotype listener, and none of them have treaded psst surface psych or dude lmao so indie
I fucking hate the way redditors like you write their posts. So passive aggressive and bitchy.
srs
>implying music taste is objective
alright big music man, whatever you say
isn't the point to piss people like you off :^)
i swear people on here used to like tame impala before they got super popular
Why are redditors always so smug, condescending, and passive aggressive?
Completely disagree, Lonerism is revetivley tame. I listened to it on my first few trips
They think being smug means they're automaticall correct or knowledgeable.
Ride - Nowhere
Spacemen 3 - Playing with Fire
The Verve - A Storm in Heaven
Mercury Rev - Yerself Is Steam
The Telescopes - Untitled Second
Have listened to all of these on shrooms.
...
...
But Pitchfork said it was good...
This trip is not so bad.
you did great
>Bill Burr
we get it, you're a redditor
You can like whatever you like. I'm just saying there's way more psychedelic rock out there
>projecting this hard
>Fantano
uh huh
>uh huh
eh
LSD and RDJ. Try it sometime.
>pic related
>tfw you can isolate the sounds while tripping
Last time I listened to it on 250ug it sounded kind of glitchy and spooky tho.
this was p nice for it
i'd like to see how coil's time machines is one day, since that's a p comfy album
Heard it recently near the end of a 150ug trip. The distortion sounded coarser and more aggressive.
You're all right.
lol
they just sound like beatle rip off besides their latest
The weed really hits you when hearing this dude.
It's a pretty aesthetic album
i know its ironic but my neck tensed up at this
It's not ironic man, the pink guy album is ironic
This is not, this is a serious album with deep lyrics
Tame Impala is only good when you're high. When I'm sober, they sound like a totally different band.
eye gotchu fambly
Geeze I’ve been meaning to listen to this. Thanks for the reminder

DXM and ketamine. The lyrics and aesthetic fit the dissociative experience perfectly in my opinion. It doesn't work as well with pyschs.
love this one
This on acid is fucking incredible
...
This album is for low doses only, for high doses listen to SAW II and Analord 2, 6, or 8
why do people keep memeing this album
That would be a good album for that
the silliness of this is wonderful
there's certain points like the inflection on "woo! no one knows anything" and some of the garbled self-help that I just burst out laughing at
you're still wrong for denigrating loveless though, it's incredible with time dilation and being able to pick everything out and sink into it all
also some tracks on two drag, especially beautiful people

out to lunch
(in a silent way was really pleasant)
i will listen before judging u frend
I love how Sup Forums was on Kevin Parker's dick until Tame Impala became mainstream and "reddit" (and yet the biggest reddit-tier artist, grimes, still has daily threads here)
never change ya poof cunts
I watched this on repeat tripping. enjoyed it more on shrooms than acid
if you have epilepsy, this ain't your deal
>BT - This Binary Universe
MY BROTHER
You are literally the only other user on this board whom I've even seen mention this album. This Binary Universe is literal music perfection, yet it goes massively under-appreciated.
great album fave songs dynamic symmetry and 1.618
Yeah man, I’m happy I’m not the only person who thinks the album is a masterpiece. Great to trip to, and was definetely guided into the experience
more doesn't mean better
