How to tell the truth and get paid

It seems like there is money to be made writing humorous, intelligent, somewhat offensive things that lean towards either white nationalism or just non-pc things. Kind of like things that everyone thinks but no one says.

How do you break into this shit? Honestly, I've had comments I've left on websites pop up in articles by people I respect who portend to have come to similar conclusions and just happened to word thier frustrations IN MY EXACT WORDS.

These are people I like and respect; I'm not trying to get the few people who speak the pure unfiltered truth silenced. I just know how many like-minded people there are and I want to know the best, easiest, and most potentiality profitable ways there are to go about it.

Even paid shilling would be ok, but I think that's more of an urban legend. I have four Discus profiles all spouting well-written opinions and I've yet to be contacted by someone soliciting me to pimp their opinions (I've heard that's how it works).

So Sup Forums, can you get paid writing? And if so, why are you posting anonymously on an Icelandic cunnilingus forum instead of getting paid to spew hate?

Should've posted a picture of a nigger's dick next to a white bitches face or asked to be 'redpilled' on fucking Game of Thrones.

What happened to this place?

Try to write some good articles and see if anyone is interested in buying them? Breitbart?

Cracked is paying fifty bucks a pop for short funny articles and blurbs now, you could try slowly red pilling through that, and if they like your stuff they'll pay more for longer shit

Thought about it, but was just curious if anyone had anu experience with it. I have serious ideas that I don't see anyone even touching on. I'm just worried about getting a rejection letter and then seeing my article under some other prick's byline.

I'll give an example if anyone's interested.

Wait, what? Link?

I did it for awhile. There isn't much money in it with mainstream advertising.

Really tho I'd say the best thing is to start your own blog on tumble or Wordpress, get the word out through Twitter. Write articles, gain some clout and ask people for email interviews, charge for ad space, retweet from people you want to notice your stuff or tweet them saying "hey you brought up a great point in that last thing you wrote, check out my respons here" and link your blog

It's slow and hard but the rewards could be you going as far as writing a book or becoming a contributor. Build yourself some real clout in the community, and charge for interviews. Rest is up to your imagination desu

Start a blog, write good content.

Eventually an audience will build up.

That's about it...

I think this is it.

Who did you write for? How much did they pay?

>There isn't much money in it

That's subjective as fuck. Figures?

Get a Jewish agent and never criticize Jews.

Why am I better at this than you but I'm not even interested in doing it lol

Or, only criticise juze but only on trivial things in a humerous way and say you're juweesh, like Seth rogain

So Wirdpress or tumblr? Never heard of the former, and only know the latter from here as it gets framed as some sort of feminist bullshit.

How do you direct people towards you? Do you just hope someone notices and it catches on? Or do you troll people on Twitter until you get under someone's skin and they call you out?

For reasons I'd rather not go into, I'm fairly new to the internet. It just seems to me that for all the shit this site gets (and this board in particular), people seem fairly intelligent here.

Starting off in freelance journalism/writing is hard. Realistically the intellectual rights to the article would be bought, then it would be heavily edited/rewritten by one of their staff to fit their company mold then posted under their name.

If you did this regularly enough I imagine you would eventually be brought on as a writer.
Or you could become Alex Jones 2.0 and sell water filters on youtube

>I want to do something for money
>other people should help me figure out how to do this

literally can u not google "writing articles for money" or "paid article writing"?

another thing u could do if you started a blog is to set up a paypal donations link either to continue your blog or for a wider audience to turn your blog into a youtube channel, especially if you had a unique spin you could put on your channel. Like Sam Hyde is funny, Milo is a gay conservative, t-Sotomayor is a black conservative, etc.

Oh, for OP: you could also cut the bullshit and just ghostwrite. Start a writing blog, write fiction and nonfiction, then offer your services as a ghost writer. basically if you don't know what that is, you write stuff for people and let them take credit for it in exchange for money

Wordpress is good because I don't really think it has any specific reputation, you can start a page and customize it anyway you like, and start posting.

Tumblr has a reputation around here for feminism, yes, but people don't realize it's also so many other things. It may be taken less seriously than tumblr tho. It's a good place to start, find likeminded writers and network. You can also customize your page to make it look more presentable, and you also have the free option of dropping .tumblr from the url.

Tumblr directs people to your blog through tags. When you post something, you tag it with relevant descriptors, and when people search those terms on tumblr your posts tagged that way will pop up. The more you post, you stay at the top of the tag page.

IDK about wordpress but I imagine it's similar.

Again, if you network and utilize social media like twitter and facebook to maintain your network and reach out to other content writers, linking your articles and your blogs and such, you'll reach an audience as wide as you want to work for it.

we're not smart we're fuckin lazy and rude people but thx hon. good luck

*less seriously than wordpress, I mean

I've followed this path until it ground me down. However, my friend is a music critic online and it employed by a large online music review website. Here is what he did:

>Start a website to feature your own articles
>Involve a few friends if you can for author diversity
>Shit out a bunch of topic-appropriate filler, no sense blowing your load so early
>Do the site up, get a logo from Fiverr and all that
>After you've written a few articles, reach out to relatively unknown article sites and cite the articles on your website
>Submit articles to them, keep doing so until accepted
>Most small sites feature freelance articles without pay but at least you've got your foot in the door of the establishment
>Shill your articles hard until you get recognition/page views
>Try to get featured in somewhat-more-reputable article site while citing all past articles
>Continue until you get somewhere relevant

The site he works for sends out emails to all the retained writers every month with a list of topics and the grab them on a first come first serve basis and then submit them by the dealine, and they get paid on a per article basis.

I'll start a springboard political website with you OP. We can shill for each other whenever either of us moves forward. Do you have a throwaway email?

Wordpress is shit and full of wannabe nobodies. If you want to distinguish yourself from the masses then you need to at least host your own site in the beginning.
.

My old lady is 'Spanish'. I've thought about sending articles in under her name just to get them published. I just don't know if she could get raped by the IRS by me doing this.

At the same time, it would be awesome even if it were discovered that the only reason I was published was because I was a brown female. Would anyone even realize the hypocrisy?

To add to this OP, if you can contribute to content-related zines, it is really good because many already have a large audience and might even print your articles.

Zines are little collections of related work in a specific topic from many artists and writers, and the people who make the zine already have a large audience waiting for content, and they're looking for content.

So try to find republican/conservative zines and e-zines, idk how the pay would be but it would be free advertising for your writing, and even a chance to have your articles printed in newspapers and magazines which is great for your resume if one day applying to work at a newspaper or news station or whatever. "published author user" lol

listen, go fuck yourself. user needs a solid place to start to see if this is right for him, wordpress is good to pay nothing and get your shit on the net. zero overhead. tumblr would be even better, sam hyde is on tumblr I know because he follows my sister's right wing politics blog

hosting himself is good, but on top of paying for his logo and writing content he's out more than he's in right at the beginning

A good business man knows you never put in until it's put out (money)

Christ. Didn't mean to leave that image. Sorry.

idk I think most will want proof you're really who you say you are, a brown woman, but most will prolly still think youre stupid or whatever.

but your angle could be """minority""" conservative voters. that would be great to get tj Sotomayor on board with you down the road. and jared taylor lol

idk about the IRS since i'm a fucking leaf, but in Canada technically you need a business license if you're writing for money online, and you need to claim it on your taxes, but most don't and I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for it

>~$10 per month split between four authors is a bad investment

That's like saying that it's a bad idea to buy gas to go to a job interview because you don't even have the job yet.

>I have articles on Wordpress lol
vs
>I write for Whatever News

... and the difference between the two costs like $2.50 per month, and you only maintain the site until you are regularly contributing to some other site, which you could easily accomplish in under a month if you're dedicated.

It becomes easier to have your articles published the more you have had published in the past, and the easiest way to get your first article put up somewhere is to appear as though you are already on the same level as whichever site you are submitting to.

Wordpress is doable but some cheap website with shiny baubles in the window is much more appealing and hardly an "investment." We're all on the same team here Canadafriend. I'm only saying that one method is more effective than the other.

You still there? Give me your 'throwaway'. I don't have one; all I have are two regular ones.

I know there's money to be made. I'll hit you up and delete the thread.

okay, hit me up. throwaway gmail:

...

Prick. I left a long message to you concerning how we could make money. I left my real e-mail. Why not just insult me and tell me to fuck off?

Kind of elaborate just to unmask yourself as a twat.

?? was this directed at me

*cause i'm in my throwaway gmail now and have yet to receive any messages

idk maybe gmail is being slow? did you copy paste the email I posted to be sure of no spelling mistakes?

i'm a lot of things but i'm no prickly twat

That guy's dead. How is that funny?

Durrrrr...drrrr..I'm dave bowie....drrrrr...give me children's genitals...drrr

Not funny at all. Isn't there an age limut on this site?

I have several articles written and on the backburner already and will pay for a site so that we look more professional, and I have shilled articles before. I have built multiple springboard article sites for friends, and one of them is a retained writer now. Email me.

Email?

Hey
hey
hey
you guys
we should start a podcast
and be gavin mcinnes meets infowars
you guys
no, i'm not high, why do you always ask that?

I'm a journo, it's really all about knowing people. Network and get to know people at the place you wanna work at and provide something they don't have like good connections. Most people won't give two shits about your "informed opinion" until you become and editor or if you have academic credentials and research under your belt.

If you're honestly thinking about making a site, I'll kill it for you if I get notoriety and a few bucks. You won't find a better writer than me.

I'm sure this is a troll, but whatever.

yES I love the idea of a podcast. shill it youtube, shill it on iTunes, shill it on a website, publish the transcripts in a blog, fuckin kill it

Okay Maximumtacos scam some more buttcoins for gamergate donations why don't you

No one gives a shit about podcasts

no one gives a shit about dubs

Hit me up. I don't trust you, but whatever.

good on you, I wouldn't trust someone from a socialist country either.

we'll see what happens

that there says "plastuc", I think was the problem

Yeah that's me. Not sure what my appearance or criminal history has anything to do with it. Intelligence in the form of capable writing should be a boon to a movement that struggles under the weight of perceived stupidity.

>multiple narcotics arrests
>visibly short-tempered according to your posts
>posted screenshot of error without noticing spelling mistake

i'd say the perception is accurate in your case d00d

Nothing, but people on Sup Forums like to check other people out when they get a little but of info, because we're used to everyone being user all the time

What were you arrested for, if you want to say?

I've had a DUI and multiple public intox

plead down from fighting a (nig) cop

I'm not gonna post my info but I've made international news with my writing, I do viral prank crap tho

so.. a few arrests is par for the course t b h f a m

I've been arrested close to two dozen times, but I haven't been convicted of anything in the last two decades. I just want to write and change the perception that folks have of us. I didn't know this was /soc/.

Just for an example, I was listening to an AJ broadcast on youtube. Someone left a comment that was poorly written, poorly worded, and completely ducked by any measure of middle school English. When I called him out, I was excoriated.

There's a reason that broadcast news mocks Trump supporters as uneducated morons; many are.

There are others that either simply want to suicide bomb the system regardless of the consequences or vote for a celebrity. Never underestimate the stupidity if American voters and you'll never be disappointed.
