Most anime and vidya stuff desu. It's a lot better than it has any right to be most of the time, especially the electronic stuff.

I can't link anything in particular at the moment, but Community consistently has really good music. Also, yeah, that Seatbelts OST is classic.

Ryuichi Sakamoto and his disciple Koji Ueno of Guernica fame.
Nuff said.

For vidya, FTL's probably one of the better ones. Also, I'm a sucker for FE: Awakening's soundtrack. Conquest (Ablaze) is fantastic as a song period.

any pillows fans here?

...

this and pic related are GOAT soundtracks

the pillows are legitimately great even outside of FLCL, honestly. The best song from the period used in FLCL isn't even in that anime. Also Living Field is their best album.

So good

Legitimately a great standalone jazz album.

This desu.

The Sakamichi no Apollo OST manages to be even better, Yoko Kanno is a goddess, I tell you.

OST 3 specifically.

listen to the Infinite Ryvius OST

Can anyone recommend me an album mostly consists of great big band Jazz ala Rush NY and Tank! by Yoko Kanno?

The Pillows are fantastic. Two thumbs up.

komm susser tod is still the goat song

Pantomime is a good album.

Ecstasy of Gold is so good

hell yes. Peter McConnell does some of my favorite vidya OSTs. His stuff in Grim Fandango and Psychonauts is top notch.

Spyro Soundtracks, specifically 2, but mostly out of personal preference

Stewart Copeland drummer of The Police
