I understand the importance of those shows for their time but they've been surpassed. Go try watching Cheers. Its boring as shit. You can see the jokes coming from miles away because they've been copied to death. they fail at a basic level.

Traditional Sitcoms are borderline unwatchable. when you've already seen their evolution (Curb, Arrested Development, Community)

I'll give you Cheers, it hasn't aged as well as the others. I Love Lucy, All in the Family however hold up amazingly

Especially All in the Family. I wish it was on some type of streaming service. It comes on the gay channel, but very sporadically. But content and humor-wise, it holds up exceptionally well. Crazy how ahead of its time it was.

Black Adder is good shit. I can't decide if I like that or Peep Show better for my favorite british show
