The funny think is that Sup Forums thinks he is one of them.
What's your fucking problem, you shitposting cunt?
Never compromise. That was his best quality and his biggest problem. He KNEW that by revealing Veidt's plot he would have put the world in grave danger and that Manhattan would kill him, but he chose to follow that path anyway.
The movie tricks you into believing Rorschach's sees the world in black and white only, but he's too self-aware to view it that way. He just can't cope with the fact that he had to let a criminal (Veidt) get away with his crime.
Ayn Rand. Not even once.
He was the love child of Seth Green and Clint Howard
He's a criminal pyschopath senpai
This. Watchmen is pure kino.
>What was his fucking problem?
He wasn't locked in there with them, THEY were locked in here with him.
I'm not sure I agree with that interpretation. Rorschach talks agreeing with Truman to drop the bomb on Japan to end the war, but that was decided by a bureaucracy, and not kept from the world. Veidt was lying to the world; the peace was not earned.
I agree. I think he felt that peace achieved through a lie wasn't really peace at all.
What was his fucking problem?
Well let's see...
>Autistic as fuck
>Traumatized by years of life with and abuse from whore mother
>Convinced all women are whores
>Possible homosexual (must investigate further)
>Mentally unhinged after Blair Roche case
>Hypocrite who kills rapists and murderers but idolizes the Comedian (a rapist and murderer)
Didn't want to live in a world where the heroes were so gray.
>>Hypocrite who kills rapists and murderers but idolizes the Comedian (a rapist and murderer)
To be fair, did he KNOW the Comedian was a rapist and murderer? That seems to have been way in the past before he came into play.
I think you're both kinda right. He wrote that essay when he was a kid, back when he was still Walter Kovacs. He changed. I don't think he cares about honesty as much as you say.
>muh Sup Forums
Welp, that's it. I'm voting hillary now.
he was a republican.
He was 100% right.
What was his fucking problem?
Well when Laurie mentions the rape attempt, Rorschach first dismisses them as "allegations", then as a "moral lapse".
I think it has alot to do with Rorschach thinking the first Silk Spectre was nothing more than a whore who probably asked for or deserved it or something.
Exam for Sup Forums plebs
Rorschach wanted Doc to kill him fast because
a. He was bound to to keep pushing to reveal the truth and Manhattan would not allow him to leave the base alive, so he just rushed to his inevitable death
b. Because he compromised at the end, he accepted the lie and Ozy's masterplan and so he couldnt live knowing he compromised at last.
One is right, one is wrong.
b
c. Snyder is a hack who wanted to kill off who he knew would be people's favorite character.
What was his fucking problem?
And was he an undercover cop?
Rorscach didn't compromise. He just didn't fight Veidt because he wasn't going to win. It's A.
What?
>Snyder wrote it
are you gay?
And why would he be crying if it was A? Its clearly B, and its breaking his hearth.
Well she liked it at the very least
like pottery
He was too crazy for Veidt's new utopia
He's crying because the only way humans could have peace was a gigantic lie that costed millions of lives.
WRONG
Indeed. He understood the genius behind the plan, and he understood it was in the best interests for planet Earth.
By accepting it, he compromised.
Futanari arnt gay. Get over it.
faggot
>He understood the genius behind the plan, and he understood it was in the best interests for planet Earth.
He understood it, yes. That doesn't mean he "compromised". The fact that he was still trying to get to the ship and back to civilization should make that obvious. But of course, he also understood that there was no way he could escape Manhattan.
He didn't accept it at all.
I don't think he accepted. Why else did he opt for Manhattan to kill him?
He believed people should be guided by their convictions. Those with good convictions were heroes, and those with bad convictions will do evil and must be punished for it.
He could not allow the existence of a world guided by a lie, where the greatest act of evil by necessity had to go unpunished. Everyone would be irrevocably tainted just by participating. If he couldn't stop the world from twisting into a perverted gray blob, he wouldn't be part of it.
What was his fucking problem?
autism
He didn't accept it, he was going to tell everyone even knowing Manhattan would kill him.
He also didn't tell any of them that he sent his journal into the newspaper, which could foil the entire plan.
>scenes women and marvelcucks will never understand
>Rorschach
>compromising
The only people that compromised were the ones that believed that Veidth was right.
•●ZAP●•
What was his fucking problem?
He was upset his shirt got dirty and had to get rid of it
Rorscach was a 45 year old virgin who used violence against criminals as an outlet for his sexual frustration.
Aha! The evil Freudman strikes yet again! How much longer will your villainous psychoanalysis torment mankind?
What was his fucking problem?
"that's not a trap, it's an ambush!"
he took his crossdressing fetish too far
Severe untreated psychological issues.
Childhood is when you idolize rorschach. Adulthood is when you realize veidt makes more sense.
Goddamn, it's gross
wew lad
Alan Moore was too clever by half and everyone ended up liking the character they were meant to hate
Also his mother was a whore
>reads from left to right
What is this shit?
Who will fucking believe that trash publishers? People that think that bevause he left his diary the world will know are retarded.
objectively wrong
>having ideals that guide you is childish
dog bless
He didn't believe superman could be all powerful and all good (presumably because of his abusive father , though his fear of superman isn't totally invalid)
How and why did he idolize the Comedian? I didn't read the book.
>though his fear of superman isn't totally invalid
It's actually fully justified. Just becouse the viewers know supes is A TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT dosen't mean people in setting have to see him in the same light.
Squigglyface considered him a national hero who never compromised what he believed or let people's opinions sway him. Also admired that he never retired, unlike every other hero.
>was nothing more than a whore
Wait she wasn't?
Well yeah, but still
He also appreciated that Comedian understood human nature and that we are all doomed but kept fighting anyway.
Pretty simple, really. He viewed the world in complete black and white, hence the mask ... always changing but never mixing, no shades of grey.
He was unable to compromise.
In terms of his problem, he was disgusted by the world. His mother, the whore, rejected him, so in turn he rejected the entire world. All of it revolted him. He's a man who can't see skin without scar and scabs, whose eyes will flick to the first crack or hint of rot, who can never be sure that even the best of us aren't hiding corruption inside.
Never, probably.
STOOOOOOOOOOOOOP! please
*Forever, I mean.
>goes around waiting for happenings
>reads and submits articles to far right newspaper
>0 social skills
>not Sup Forums
I guess you could make a stronger case for The Comedian though
The top government agencies looking for any kind of information that could lead them to find what actually happened
