She doesn't just stand there waiting for the contestants and then come up with the solution on the spot later. She uses that whole time to figure it out. Also people in general try to solve it in the wrong way when the right way is usually really easy. You work backwards from the target number by division, not by adding/multiplying the given numbers.
Who fucking knows for sure, but it's absolutely possible for her to do it on her own every time.
