Can anyone recommend me some other UK sitcoms. Ive recently watched this and the peep show and have really enjoyed them. Any other shows that are worth a watch?

no

Black Books?

the inbetweeners
black books
cuckoo
green wing

...

snuff box

"Miranda" might look like it's for women only, but it's pretty funny in fact.

...

>you actually fucking watch miranda

I bet you'd never seen single episode.

Darkplace
Man to Man with Dean Learner
The Thick of It

If you dislike any of those you're a fucking turbo pleb

I've unfortunately sat throw two whole fucking episodes of this laugh-track riddles shitshow for idiotic women.

I enjoyed getting my face scalded with hot oil more.

Blackadder

Phone Shop.

Please end yourself

peep show is the GOAT british sitcom

The Goodies

Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge

I'm Alan Partridge

I don't think The Day Today or Brass Eye can be classed as sitcoms but you should watch them, they are all available on YT

The Toast of London is alright

The League of Gentlemen is great but difficult to find online.

if you want maximum comfy, then I recommend this

>It's a Richmond episode

me irl

Father Ted
Bottom

raised by wolves is pretty good.

JEFF?!

That looks fucking dreadful

Goodies is pure Kino - a man in Scotland once laughed himself to death at the "Ecky Thump" episode.

Also Detectorists

Good show. But it's almost normie now.

NO. Terrible show. Brits can't do American sitcom format and shouldn't even try. Hell Big Bablooza theory shows that even Americans sometimes are hacks at it.

>Darkplace
>Man to Man with Dean Learner
Very yes

First two seasons especially

Probably the best suggestions in the thread!

its a one characters death, and anothers introduction literally make the show go downhill episode

Why?

This.
Am I pleb for liking it? I loved noel.

>tfw people say that I look like Moss but without the afro

Is that a bad thing?

Red Dwarf
Peep Show
Inbetweeners

Only 3 British shows you need to see

Misfits

Because you're fucking scene kids who aren't kids anymore thus have no excuse for dressing like a faggot and liking Noel Fielding. If you can't realise that the entire show is 'LELSORANDUMB XD SPORK' then you are a literal retard

Red dwarf
Are you being served?

Is Fleabag any good?

This. Boosh is faggy dreck.

>But it's almost normie now.
What?

why does his hair look like the state of texas

I stopped watching eastenders after they killled off lucy/got rid of jacqueline-lauren and samantha warwick

Father Ted
Alan partridge
Thick of it
Still game

Yes, but only first 2 seasons.
Also Only fools and horses, the new statesman, yes primeminister, ali g show

Yes Minister
Black Books
Blackadder
Red Dwarf
'Allo 'Allo!
My Family
(in this order)

Blackbooks
The Office
Only Fools And Horses
Red Dwarf
Are You Being Served (NOT 2016 REBOOT)
The Inbetweeners (even better if you're a teenager or just want a look at Britbong teenagers)
Teachers (if you want the above from perspective of the teachers)
Green Wing (I lost all my DVD's)
The Mighty Boosh (if Sup Forums calls Rick and Morty Reddit due to the randomness, then TMB is as well)
Misfits (if you're into capeshit, doubly so)
Bottom
Father Ted
Ms Brown Boys
Goodnight Sweetheart (Not seen 2016 reboot, but the original was fucking GOAT, great for Time Travel fans and power fantasies for such things. Neat take on how time works too)
'Allo 'Allo (it's timeless due to being WW2 set)
2Point4Children (bit dated due to 90's)
Absolutely Fabulous (got a shit film reboot and suffers from above problems)
Birds of a Feather (all women, same as above, suffers from same problems, it did get rebooted in like 2012, so it's more to date, still, all women)
Dad's Army (Never dated due to WW2 setting)
I'm Alan Partridge (his two films also worth a look if you enjoy it)
Keeping Up Appearances (dated a bit, but still brilliant)
Men Behaving Badly (dated a bit)
My Family
Open All Hours (2016 sequel is OK, originals are great)
Porridge
The League of Gentlemen (Dark comedy)

Errr... I can't think of any more atm.

>Yes Minister

How is he going to understand this when it's going to have political terms he won't be familiar with?

It does but it's actually great. The mum is goat TV lowerclass mum.

Yessss, so underrated.Looks like it won't come back for a 4th series.

Father Ted
It's only one season and all the eps are on youtube
Probably one of the best comedies I've ever seen

I think early Boosh is genuinely good, but it completely descended into LOLSORANDUMBXDXDXD pretty soon.

>Father Ted
>It's only one season

Nope

>It's only one season and all the eps are on youtube
>one season

????????????????????

The GOAT

if anybody watches TMB for LOLSORANDUMB instead of the interaction between two good real life friends, then they're retarded.

The episode where they have to house sit and it escalates to the point where they poison the Pope is one of the greatest episodes of any show I've ever watched, it just hits the mark on absolutely every point.

>Ms Brown Boys

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?

father ted is irish

>Ms Brown Boys

is also Irish

The Smoking Room is a comfy british sitcom

...

Not really, I watched it all and it's pretty fucking poor. It's not remembered for a reason. It's also against rules now to show people smoking as they're all legit smoking, not even fake cigarettes. Funnily enough, it was like the first sitcom gig Robert Webb got. I can't remember if A Mitchell And Webb Situation was before or not.

Fresh Meat is great

it was filmed after the first couple seasons of peep show. it's not very exciting, sure, but it is relaxing and comfy.

lifes too short and extras

life's too short isn't very good but it has it's moments

Ah was it? I couldn't remember. It was fucking dull mate. I found it depressing as fuck. It was a cheap one room sitcom to make with a small wardrobe budget and crew needed.

Not get this shit these days, gotta pay Dublin £40k a week to appear on Homes Under The Hammer to be a third wheel and eventually forcing the woman to quit in protest.

Unless you're an actual Brummie and cringe at their ridiculous attempts at the accent.

Red dwarf

Your accent is rediculous

Red Dwarf
Brittas Empire
Only Fools and Horses
Fawlty Towers (can't believe not a single person has suggested this yet)
My Family
The Royle Family
One Foot in the Grave
Brass Eye
Snuff Box
Absolutely Fabulous
Blackadder
I'm Alan Partridge
The Vicar of Dibley

watch plebs user, It's actually really good

It was produced a British company

>ctrl + f the office
>only mentioned once
Absolutely disgusting.

Watch the original Office OP.
Also Fawlty Towers.

These are classics that everyone should watch.

I mentioned it in my big list :3

I noticed. Thank god there are some sane posters here

Imagine if you took the show friends and changed nothing about except that it was produced by the bbc would it be a british show? no it would still be a fucking american show. same with father ted why are you pakis so dumb?

...

...

...

Ideal is kino.

Yes, if the BBC decides to make a show that takes place in America with American it's still a British show.

Also I'm not British myself.
I don't give a fuck about your proud Irish culture, I can barely difference between your culture and the British culture except that you have Catholics.

No-one mentioned Coupling yet? Coupling

Flowers is a cool sitcom, it was on channel 4 earlier this year, it's top-tier comfy and beatifully shot with great visuals. Absolute TV Kino...

The main characters are pure Sup Forums: There was a NEET qt fembot, an autistic son, a japanese drawfag, and feels all over the place. And there's still a lot of comedy amongst the dark and feelsy moments. If Todd Solondz made a TV-show something like this would happen...
It's basically a sitcom about Sup Forums: the family so i think all of you will enjoy it...

Which doesn't make Raised by Wolves a good programme.

Coupling was good at first but holy balls did it go downhill quickly.

bump

IT Crowd is reddit tier british humor, it's awful.

Red Dwarf

Snuff box has one good scene in the entire thing. It's shit.

>implying people watch TMB for fashion advice
Vince's over-the-top fashion choices are as much a joke as Howard's jazz fetish

I'm probably seconding or thirding most of these, but:

Father Ted.
Black Books.
Darkplace.
Look Around You.
Snuff Box.
The Peter Serafinowicz Show.
That Mitchell and Webb Look.
Blackadder.
Fawlty Towers
Count Duckula.

>mad spud wog detected
m8 you live on the BRITISH ISLES.

Holy fucking shit thanks for reminding me of this.

Father ted is irish you faggot

no
