Good show. Lots of dull episodes but great character stuff overall

Mostly good, but started and ended badly

Some episodes were great, but most were absolute trash.

Quite uneven, but seasons 2, 3 and 5 are pretty damn good and entertaining. And even the bad seasons aren't that bad - at least they had the balls to try some storylines and they had the guts to actually stick with them so points for that even though some of those were doomed to fail.

You should definitely give the show a try.

i like olivia but this show is pretty dumb.
watch it if you don't have a problem with stories and dialoges that are told a thousand times.

It was really great at times but i lost interest in the last seasons when it went a bit overboard. So i never actually finished it but i loved a lot of it.

I really liked it back in the day. Was my favorite show back then desu. I fucking loved Kirk Acevedo, that guy has such a great fucking voice.
Never finished the final season though. I wanna rewatch it all some day.

You should. It's worth it. It goes out all crazy, but hell, when you just go along for the ride it's enjoyable final season.

One of the Fox suits at the time was a fan who decided to give to show the fifth 13 episode season despite the low ratings. Now that's a nice thing to do. I hate it when they suddenly just pull the plug and a show ends with a pointless cliffhanger.

pretty much, didnt grab the attention of mainstream, but told a better story, had an actual ending with pay offs to its mysteries, and john noble is better than anything

Olivia in the pilot is like a 10/10

Loved the show but I stopped when everything turned really weird and dimensions merged and shit. Was probably the last season. Easier to keep track of when it was just two universes.

If you liked White Tulip, you should finish it. Maybe even rewatch it so the ending makes sense.

They didn't know whether they would be renewed until a few days before the season 4 finale was broadcast, if they got cancelled they would have done the same thing except left out the September "they're coming" scene.

If I ever get around rewatching it, I will definitely start over from the beginning. The show was so convoluted that I'd definitely be lost if I picked it up back at season 5.

Loved the first season, but then all the stuff with the parallel universes made me drop it. I read the fringe wiki when it ended for all the stuff I missed and it sounds really crappy so nothing was lost on my part.

Season 1 was by far the worst, in my opinion.

The season 2 Red universe episodes are fuckin top tier.

Season 3 had less of 'cool adventures with Bolivia and crew' and more 'MUH CORTEXIFAM MUH FEELINGS MUH PLOT' soap opera bullshit

Liked it until they explained everything.
The worst mistake they did was to show its people behind those attacks.
It would be much more interesting and trilling to have ambered bus, hedgehog man, bugs, plane going down, dude disappearing from prison and universes merging, without explaining it in details.

I mean some leads hinting at what happening would be needed for viewer but not a thorough and complete explanation naming the culprit and everything.

It should have been handled more subtle and explanation should have been given at the end.
Not in the middle of the show.

Also, Olivia/Bolivia are qt4.14s but Adrammalech was the ultimate cutie, especially when crying

I just love that series, first season had some strange "green goo" episodes but from season 2 and on and especially the other side episodes Fringes was good and then some.

I loved all characters especially Olivia, Peter, Walter, Astrid and all the others. Peters and Olivias child in season 5 was a tragic season, she died.

Anna Torv is a great actress, haven't seen her in anything else than Fringe or Heavenly Sword but i love her looks and voice.

I once had a gf and she shouted "oh yes, oh yes" once during sex, usually she was just submissive and quiet, I laughed about it later and she never did it again, I fucked up bad

It's better on the rewatch because you see how much they planned/incorporated. The show actually does an awesome job of creating overarching themes between all seasons, like fatherhood and all its complexities.
