What makes you think I'd like that specific BoH release? (056, that is.) Just curious, never tried them before.
Heard both Sonic Youth and Pavement before. Not a huge fan of either. As for Herbie, I've only heard some of Head Hunters and been meaning to get to Sextant. Thanks, though.
Fuck, I meant 055

i wish i was adorable

i posit

i had this weird recurring dream that i wound up seeing you around town and i'd hand you this note that says "tool sucks" and then i'd just walk away and you'd forever wonder who, why, and what

I'm actually not that into the Cure. They're just a little too much for me.
the owner posted on reddit saying the site is made in php and updates to php and last.fm are breaking the site, he's done with it.
>rendering
You know what? I don't like Pavement much either.
Same here.
Music for this feel?
That's fine. I only recommended The Cure because of Joy Division and some other darker albums on your chart. I reccommended Pavement because of your other 90's alt-rock albums.
Well... fuck.
I was just giving you my reactions to listening to them. Two for two so far were negative, not saying they're all bad recs, just giving a little more insight into my tastes.
c'mon man Pavement are great
not enough love for Pavement in these threads
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYSFAYTFSYARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRQRTAETaaaaaaaaaeqrsrsaaaaAERQSERTDARTDadrfqtdafstqrDAa
TOPSTERS, COME BACK, PLEASE!
how do you render with this
American Football - s/t
MC5 - kick out the jams
dj shadow - endtroducing
I think they have a very amateur sound. I'm glad they managed to make it big, but I'm just saying I wouldn't be the one to sign them. I imagine them in a very suburban setting in some garage playing better-than-mediocre rock music.
Though they sound amateurish, I appreciate the innocent vitality of their music; rare to find in the 90's.
okay. i think their carefree style of playing and especially malkmus' vocals are what make them so great
but to each their own, i guess
bump
