If someone (a female) is full-on passed out drunk, then yes, you can fuck them and they will either a) stay asleep, or b) kind of wake up, but stay asleep. If they stay asleep they won't remember a thing. If they kind of wake up then they might. If they wake up then they will either protest what is happening, or if they're a slut then they will be kind of down with it. When they wake up they may or may not remember who was doing the fucking, but if they're not a gigantic slut then they'll probably know that they were at least fucked, especially if they're undressed and their vagina is sore.
