Yeah tight clothes do it too, there's just a ton of them. Warts hardly ever have hair growing out of them so you should be in the clear. Go to the doc regardless because they'll give you a topical to get rid of all of them

I stopped shaving my dick with razor for that reason.
Just do what I did and keep it neat and clean with an electric shaver. I personally found that most chicks dont like the shaved clean dick and balls.
