Your taste is pretty different from mine desu, but you might like Broken Social Scene - s/t for some rock with an eclectic flavor. Also idk I feel you might really like a lot of the Flaming Lip's stuff if you haven't heard already.

I actually like your taste except for the inexplicable three Lana albums. Try Kate Bush - The Dreaming/Hounds of Love if you haven't already for that psychedelic pop. You might also like the Nero's Day At Disneyland album.

Pretty eclectic stuff here. I think you might like MO - No Mythologies to Follow for some mainstream-ish but good electropop. Also Son Lux - Lanterns for melodic bleep bloops.

happy halloween friends

Thanks, I meant to listen to Broken Social Scene s/t a while ago but I was distracted by something and yeah I've only heard Yoshimi, The Soft Bulletin and Embryonic, I should check out some more stuff, Race for the Prize is so fucking good tho. And I wouldn't say that our tastes are that different, The Dreaming is one of my favorites and FB is AOTY, great taste my dude, can you link your last.fm? I wanna be friends with you

Forgot, I definitly recommend it, for a near 3-hour album, most of the stuff slap immediately, I've saved like 50 songs off it

Are you Niklas from Finland?
Havne't heard some of this, but good Pelt/Purity Ring albums
Geidi Primes? Why Geidi Primes of all Grimes albums?
Don't like a lot of these albums. Just not my cup of tea.
Pretty great taste overall, best so far Imo
Decent taste in electronic/ambient music, But I really don't like that Charli XCX record or Lil Pump
Lots of hiphop and 60's/70's folk/psychadelia, great taste
Haven't heard some of this but from what I have it's pretty good
Too much pop for my tastes
Pretty great overall

R8 and Recs?

I can't give recs for shit but I'd like some

boris, aphex twin, chinese football

>Geidi Primes? Why Geidi Primes of all Grimes albums?
It's so fucking good, one of my all-time faves, I actually think that Art Angels is bad but Geidi Primes on the other hand is amazing

Yeah, I never understood why Stratosphere was so much more popular. Contemporary Movements even has the better album art imo.

That's hardcore 08-09 Sup Forums-core, the Fuck Buttons and Crystal Castles albums especially bring me back.

happy halloween Sup Forumstants

i really hope AnCo is done with their pop phase... Meeting of the Waters was such a nice change of pace.
High Tide - Sea Shanties
i'd also rec the Teenage Fanclub album in my collage if you haven't heard it. picture a cross between Guided by Voices and Psychocandy-era JAMC.
is that Uniform album any good? Every now and then Sacred Bones puts out something that i absolutely love but the rest of their releases usually do little to nothing for me.

most of my plays didn't scrobble this week.

Thanks man, honestly I may have zoned in too much on the the hip-hop stuff on your chart, but I also like Geidi Primes a lot (agreed that it + her earlier sound is better than Art Angels) and the stuff of the Dismemberment Plan that I've listened to. Race for the Prize is brilliant. I actually don't have a last.fm account since I never thought it was super useful, would you recommend getting one?

I like Soft Sounds a lot, she has some really catchy melodies and there are some surprisingly beautiful textures throughout the album. Also, the singles aren't bad but they're kinda wonky and different sonically from the rest of the album, especially Machinist. Anyway, lmk what you think if you end up listening to it.

Man, I remember listening to the Good, the Bad and the Queen when it first came out and finding it underwhelming. Should I give a second listen? Also, based on the Grimes, Sufjan and AnCo, I wanna recommend you salyu - s(o)un(d) beams. It doesn't have as much electronic fuckery but it has the weird lushness that I associate with those albums, so you might like it.

yeah bastard was okay, it was very edgy

the floor's too far away is a great name for an album
the music is nice too
how's that bryan ferry

well i love maggot brain! and exuma's good too. how do i get into nick drake
+glow pt. 2, are we not men, trumpeting, hot rats
~masseduction

very smooth, got the same vibe that i'd get from a david sylvian album of the same era (early 90s) but less ambience and more new wave

personally i'd say try bryter layter. see if you like it. i consider it his only great record. rest seems overwhelmingly overrated.

P.S. M O M M Y's Ass CD sucks
