That's the thing though, in cases like Europe with the potential extremist refugees they're everywhere and it's not really conventional or financially possible for many people to just pack up and move to what will hopefully remain a safe neighborhood until their leaders decide they need another fucking wave for diversity quotas.

I'd be skeptical of this too if a head commander in ISIS didn't literally command lone wolf supporters in Europe and America to kill people during Ramadan. I don't think there have ever been threats this specific before which is when everyone is like "Yeah SURE it's Happening" and just go about their daily lives.
But this time ISIS seems to really want to make a statement during their holy month.
