you still used your position as a member of the society, you paid reduced price, as all mexicans do

you cannot entirely calculate personal price as a person but that receiving country GAIN for something when everything you were at that point is some kind of negative

You won't make as money as elsewhere, but it's leagues better than Mexico. Most engineers here move to the states if I recall correctly.
