Cryo Chamber, for example, is one of the most prolific dark ambient netlabels out there. Loki Found, Cyclic Law, Black Mara, Dronarivm etc, are also good ones.

I've got a tonne of Ultimae in my library but I didn't post any because I didn't consider it "ambient" enough. Most of their stuff is more towards the psybient/psytrance and downtempo side of things.
But sure, add Ultimae to the list of labels to follow (although they've basically released all their best shit so check the backcatalog).
