it's warm. it's the one Radiohead album that i'd call mellow, rather than melancholy
Probably the Radiohead album I go back to the least
It's one of the best albums
in rainbows by radiohead is a good album
This
Rainbowstans need to get over this sappy mess
Bodysnatchers is the best Radiohead song prove me wrong
All I need is pretty good I guess but A moon shaped pool is a far superior album
Weird Fishes my man
House of Cards and All I Need* are pretty sappy, but it doesn't detract from the overall product imo
*however, All I Need is my least favorite song on the album
it's my favorite album of theirs :^
I liked it when it came out. My favorite remains Kid A
The song The Bends, my man.
Reeeeeeeeeckooooneeeerr
All I need
Childhood is idolizing Weird Fishes and Reckoner
Adulthood is realizing that Jigsaw Falling into Place is the actual best track
Patricianhood is realizing that Videotape is the best
this is semi-accurate
It's perfect
Haven't we talked enough about it.
Gave it a ten/10
Kinda angry that on RYM they refuse to use the album art
Videotape is probably their saddest song
Jokes on you I liked Jigsaw the most in first listen.
it does get old
True Love Waits (AMSP) says hi.
(but yeah, Videotape is pretty sad)
Street Spirit
Not as sappy as the Bends. But I do like sappy music. It's a nice contrast to noisecore on full blast every now and then.
OK Computer > Amnesiac > KID A = The Bends > A Moon Shaped Pool > In Rainbows
Too much dickriding here
plus the fact that videotape's tempo is doubled in all band members mind when they are playing it. literally forcing them to put in so much more effort really strenuates the sounds coming from the instruments
Is the TBD records vinyl version as bad as people on discogs make it out to be? Should I pony up the extra cash for an XL reissue?
House of Cards is the most underrated track - it's not the best, but it's unfairly looked over
>it's unfairly looked over
is it though? it was the biggest "hit" from the whole album, it was even nominated for a Grammy or two.
But The Gloaming exists
This is definitley my favorite Radiohead album. I've always been amazed at the percussion on this album. The way the defined guitar and percussion fit over the flowing background will always amaze me.
Reckoner is my shit.
Its actually Faust Arp
WAKEY WAKEY RISE AND SHINE
Not lately. mu has been super contrarian with radiohead lately
