>news Sato wins Indy 500 after once scoring over 30 times less points than Jenson Button in the same car in F1 in 2005 Alonso dominates the whole race and is by far best driver on the grid at Indy until he got screwed by strategy and his (((engine))) blew up

Season standings:
1. Sebastian Vettel - 129 2. Lewis Hamilton - 104 3. Valtteri Bottas - 75 4. Kimi Raikkonen - 67 5. Daniel Ricciardo - 52
LuckDraft isn't for me. I find it a semen slurping sport.

>Alonso dominates the whole race >Leads less laps than Chilton KEK THIS DELUSION
Carter Ortiz
6th for THE LACK OF POWER OF THE BROKEN DREAMS

best average time, pitted too early, good engine was on Sato's car

Let's not ignore the fact that AMX got hilariously rekt yesterday

>"best driver" could not advance and hold the wheel of drivers ahead of him for 30+ midrace laps
I mean Alonso truly showed some remarkable balls today but you need to get rid of your unending inferiority complex.
Julian Collins
Sato was so lucky to win that one. Well deserved though as the whole race is a meme
>Rossi cucked by pitstop >Alonso cucked by engine (don't tell me he wasn't a front runner) >Hunter Reay de facto obvious winner cucked by le engine >Scott Dixon cucked by le crash >Chilton seemingly didn't care too much about a Indy500 win so he didn't bother defending in the final laps >Castroneves is too old to race and seemingly didn't care about pulling a banzai
Old drivers are boring. We need Indylights but in in Indycars with no preparation doing the 500
Austin Garcia
Monaco ((fans)) are rich celebrities that aren't even watching the race and talking amongst themselves.
Indy 500 are 400,000 locals and travelers in Midwest that grew up as mechanics, local racers, drag racers, etc. Of the 400,000 attendies of Indy 500, I'd say 99.9% change their own oil. 0.01% of Monaco crowd change their own oil of their Bentley.

Kayden Bennett
lelonso wasn't a front runner.
It was a shoot out between Chilton vs Castronevis vs Takuma.
Remember, Rossi won his rookie year with a superior pit strategy.

Finally a Ferrari fan who isn't delusional
You guys could learn from this
Jack Gutierrez
>uses innovative technology on car >gets DSQed and banned for three races
>crashes into Hill >DNFs
>crashes into JV >DNFs and gets DSQed from WDC
>has brake failure and breaks his legs, misses half the season and lose WDC because of it (glad Mika won though but still)
>stall car during quali >get moved to back of the grid
>years later people say you won because of cheating and that you deserve to be in one of the worst possible states
Joseph Foster
by standing behind you consume the fuel and the tyres way less, even Castroneves did the same and Sato too. Being on first position meant nothing when in reality it's all about pits and tyre/fuel management.
Austin Thompson
Kimi's hot laps were the most exciting part of Monaco, you cannot deny this
Matthew Murphy
>pray enough
O you don't understand the concept of karma. Praying isn't involved. Its literally just if you do good stuff good stuff will come to you if you do bad stuff bad stuff will come to you.
Kayden Lee
Ferrari have been cucking drivers for years, why are people surprised and/or in denial about it now?
You say american mechanics but you do not have enough good old boys to do proper pit stops. The cars break when you slightly bash the walls (Yes I have played GT & you can easily touch the walls) and your engines do not last a whole race. Shocking, sad & slippery like a slug. That is all I have to say yes. Your mechanics are nothing more than snails to me
Ryder Bailey
The disgusting amount of advertising in indy is reason enough to not watch it

fucking Kimi was slow
fuck off with this meme, Vettel ended 7s ahead of him

>lelonso wasn't a front runner. Hang on lad he was winning when I was half-watching between taking pictures of some random ginger cat. It had massive bollocks
Hunter Hall
Upvote if you think Monaco should be dropped from the calendar
Easton Gonzalez
that's true if you are within the draft (2-3 car lengths), he was fighting the car around lap 100 and was often the first in a line of mid-pack cars down the backstretch. That is the antithesis of fuel and tire conservation, it's essentially like being in 1st.
Luke Kelly
B-B-BUT MUH GIMI BWOAH

suk my dik lmao
anyone watching the wnba game tonight? im watching for kelsey plum
Gabriel Sanchez
it absolutely should, it's the worst race by a considerable margin
Joseph Hernandez
should happen in autumn instead when the chance of rain is higher
Joshua Rogers
Oriol Servia was the best driver on the track. He was making it stick just about anywhere
Colton Howard
Have some 4chin gold.
Christopher Hernandez
i think they should rework it not drop it, the qualifying is p cool on monaco
Xavier Phillips
Kimi gave up though.
In the first stint I don't think he was that slow, he had a decent gap on Vet a few times but then they got to the lapped cars and it bunched him back up to Vet, then they pit him. Vet got a totally open track whereas Kimi literally came out at the back of the lapped cars he just wasted time passing.
Ian Bennett
He was in like 9th when his engine died
Luis Hall
F1 kids are the most cancerous, moronic retards on the planet, and know absolutely nothing of racing, only delusion.

To all you Americans, I am only criticising the quality of your sports drivers, the race itself was actually quite entertaining and more fun than today's F1 race.
David Rivera

Pathetic, really.
Connor Green

Well I was taking pictures of that cat weren't I
Austin Wright
I still stand on my position they pitted him way earlier, Castroneves strategy was great and Alonso deserved it. Takuma got cheeky, some yellow flags, good management...kudos to him. Andretti wanted the nip on the podium
Jose Morales
no fuck you, you guys shat up the indy thread with f1 shit the whole time, now taste your own medicine
Blake Hernandez
Exactly. People who deny it are utterly delusional.
Delusional Tifosi being delusional yet again - nothing new!
Have a look at picture related, you could learn a thing or two.
Josiah Adams
Quiet Ahmed I have been drinking innit. Cook us up a nice bit of cheeky naan yeah
Angel Walker
no, Vettel was faster even before the pit and he was fast in the lap after Raikkonen went to the pits
Vettel and Ricciardo were both great
Luis Martinez
Let me check, is there a British auto industry anymore?
he was 1st or 2nd of drivers that were on his strategy Sato was on the same strategy, only one position ahead or behind, and he won I'm just making fun, I liked the race but I don't like hyping guys like Chilton or Sato as guys who should win a race that gets called "greatest race in the world" the fact that those two don't do well in the regular Indy series shows that it's not that bad, maybe some of their drivers are really good Alonso was the most impressive driver today though
Adam Clark
stop shitpostin.........................unless its about lew lew hammy....

Nathan Murphy
You're welcome to stay here my (((white))) friend. What is you favourite anime lad?
Adrian Harris
No "mate", you're just a fucking moron
Hudson Parker
Every Andretti car had the same shot and were running similarly except Marco. Hunter-Reay, Alonso and Rossi just caught bad luck. Sato was with them the whole time.
Xavier Foster
>he was 1st or 2nd of drivers that were on his strategy No, he lost couple of positions after the restart following his second to last stop
William Reyes
>a literally semen slurping sport

No. We want a track where it's possible to overtake.
Nathaniel Powell
Bit grumpy there mate. Besides I can just pop on train innit lad

>most historic race That's Monza
>most characterful race That's Singapore or Baku

Alonso was impressive considering the circumstances but Oriol Servia was the best straight-up driver today
Tyler Peterson
two bad drivers unable to extract 90% of car's potential
Matthew Parker
he did so several times after restarts and always recovered
Ryder Thomas
>Alonso was the most impressive driver today This is the delusion I'm talking about, typical f1 kids. Helio had a winglet missing nearly the entire race and was still 2nd.
Austin Jackson
t. ""Gordo"". What sort of fucking name is that? Pmsl.
Benjamin Campbell
>Vettel was faster even before the pit Kimi had better times on most of the laps
Kevin Mitchell
He was in front for most of the race, he was looking racey at like P7 or something when he retired
Levi Cruz
Monaco has infinitely more character than SG or Baku.
Wyatt Perez
Because he had clean air, and for that his times were shit tier

>2x WDC can't keep his engine the whole race no matter the series
>F1 "reject" wins on the same engine
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Tyler Morgan
Honestly up to the crash the most impressive driver was Davidson, because he was a literal who who showed balls of steel- it should come as no surprise that a heralded F1 driver can drive almost anything fast and well
Jaxson Murphy
>fucking Kimi was slow in Monaco you can hold a car behind you
if Ferrari didn't force Gimi into the shit strategy letting Vettel set fast laps while Gimi's tyres were still cold, he probably would've rejoined in the lead and been able to keep him behind, at least until Ferrari gave the orders to "let Sebastian by he is on a different strategy"
Kevin Foster
but not right before the pit sad to say but Kimi had to push before and after the pit like Seb did
