look into foreskin reconstruction, because it shows you that you can stretch and grow your foreskin. if this is not possible for you becsuse of your circumstances, that you cant stretch the opening over months, then get the dorsal slit. after you get used to it, look into reconstruction. its pretty simple. even if you need to get fully circumcised then so be it. your dick will bd on a journey, you need to stretch and grow your foreskin. great opener on girls.

basically you can have it all removed and look like basically any other circumcision, else you can stretch it a lot easier and a lot less painfully and get it reversed. Either way if in the end you want your foreskin, it's probably better to get a stretcher and go at it for the new few years if it is really really tight.

Im not gonna post pic. It was an old doctor who looked at it and pulled my foreskin back so he could see that it was tight on the tip so he recommended the dorsal slit and made a appointment for tomorrow at the hospital

I had the same problem when I was way younger user, I probably would of had to do the same but my doctor prescribed me a cream that made it easier to pull it back, it worked and now I can pull it back with no pain whatsoever, look into finding this cream before the operation if you can as I can not remember the name of it.
