At a basic level, yes, but the attitude of the band changed. In the early albums there was more wit and lyrical variety, and Scott had the charisma to sell anything the band came up with, from Big Balls to Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. The music itself was more rooted in traditional blues instead of endless rehashes of the band's own hard rock style.
