Trickle down economics only work if we stop taxing business astronomical rates. In California where I live, depending on county, business and business owners are taxed at almost 40%. Entrepreneurs are in business to make money, If govt cuts almost 1/2 of what they make, of course the worker is going to make less. We need to cut taxes on everyone and make it profitable to own a business again.
