Can we get a Bond thread? Hulu just dropped a lot of Bond films and I've only seen Brosnan's and a few from Connery. What's the official power ranking? What will I like if I thought From "Russia With Love" was the best one?

The series never really gets better than From Russia with Love IMO. Here are some of my other faves:

>Thunderball
>OHMSS
>Live and Let Die
>Licence to Kill
>Goldeneye
>Casino Royale

Breddy goob-tier: Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, The Spy Who Loved Me, For Your Eyes Only, both Dalton films, Goldeneye, Casino Royale

Shit-tier: Errything else.

>Connery

God tier

>Moore

Underrated

>Lazenby

Great singular film

>Dalton

GOAT

>Brosnan

Underrated

>Craig

Shit tier

What's so great about From Russia with Love? It seemed like the most boring one to me so far, it couldn't hold my attention. I like Goldfinger the best so far, but I've only seen the first 5 so far

>bond burger

...

Robert Shaw's character stalking Bond throughout is tense as fuck, the plot revolves more around intrigue than goofy out-of-this-world action sequences, the train fight is GOAT, and Shaw makes a great psycho.

I guess I just prefer goofy action. Call me a pleb.

>Connery
God tier
>Moore
A joke
>Lazenby
Agreed, great singular film
>Dalton
Good
>Brosnan
Underrated
>Craig
Say what you will about him as Bond, but personally I like him and it's an objective fact the Casino Royale is the best Bond film. The rest of his movies were not that good though.

Ayyy I'm over here watching Thunderball. Stumbled into this thread.
How y'all doing?

This would be a good list, but whenever I see Connery listed as acceptable and not Elder God I never fail to be fucking rustled by it.

Domino or Volpe?

>Casino Royale is the best Bond film

No

It is.
There is no better Bond film, it's absolutely perfect in every way. I say this as a staunch Connery proponent.

Its not perfect at all

Its displays Bond as a pleb who gets his ass handed to him constantly, yes its essentially an origin story but it has its flaws

Why didn't Craig quit after CR and QoS? Would have been GOAT.

Skyfall and Spectre were a mistake

I liked the salty Dalton Bond Best.

I get into tho arguments with people about this all the time. He was the best bond when the screenplays were bad.

Volpe's got that body.
Striking every time shes on screen.

...

I like when the movie stops and those two sexy gypsies start fighting for like 12 minutes while bond watches.

Different guy but clearly Domino

Holy christ just no.

>Die Another Day: Shit Tier
>Quantum of Solace: Die Another Day Tier
???????????????????

Rewatched Dr. No and From Russia recently. Going to watch Goldfinger again soon.

I love the early ones. After that it's mostly meh until Casino Royale, for me. To this day I've never seen the Dalton films, so I guess I should rectify that afterwards.

>Craig cucks

...

...

This is now a Claudine Auger/Luciana Paluzzi thread

>Great - Never Say Never Again
>Meh - Live and Let Die

KYS

...

Last night a secretly macced your sister

It also tries it damnedest to put distance between it and other Bond movies, alienating itself

You might as well as say The Bourne Identity is the best Bond movie

is there a template for this?

You really can't put text on a white background and paste googled pictures of movies on them?

agreed on all of this, I love all of the Bonds except Craig

I'd say Lazenby is underrated also, he does a good job in the one movie he was given

Goldfinger is more boring because half the movie is Bond chilling on a ranch, at least From Russia with Love has actual intrigue going on

I can but I can save precious seconds with a template
