Dear Richfags, ITT: OP is looking for to raise investment capital for a contemporary pop art / jewelry project from Sup Forums.
Will be answering questions on this thread.
I am a second generation goldsmith. I have 15+ projects that need materials and labor covered, ranging from $5-30k in expenses. Including collaborations with large skate brands.
Offering 50/50 profit split on any project.
Jewelry generally has a minimum 3x return.
Literally would be the funniest shit if I found investment on Sup Forums.
Being as I don't want anyone to impersonate me later in the thread, my contact is: [email protected]
Want to do (very well executed) ridiculous things with some of the most valued materials on Earth + make a lot of money and contribute to contemporary pop art?
Dude, this isn't the audience for potential investors, if your looking for genuine funding there's a million online communities who aren't made up of degenerate autistic porn addicts. Your full on barking up the wrong tree
Neither of those models is applicable in this scenario. I'm offering a 50/50 profit split for an investor.
Jonathan White
If your scenario is so unique you can only rely on the likes of Sup Forums to show financial interests its probably gonna be a flop dude, how much are you even asking for?
I have roughly 15 projects on the docket. They range in production cost from $5-30 grand. Obviously Sup Forums isn't my only resource, . I just think that it would be a fucking hilarious story.
Benjamin Murphy
I think the first thing I would want to know is which country do you live in? Contact law varies so much and most people would feel unprotected with such an investment outside of the western world.
Adrian Lee
I live in Los Angeles, California.
Xavier Morgan
Fuck it, Sup Forumsro. I've got about 50k sitting around doing nothing. Post some proof in here that you're not a faggot, and I'll send you an email. Where are you based?
Gavin Baker
Can you post some of your previous works? I would be interested in what kind items you have made and sold for the greatest profit. How do you plan on selling your pieces?
David Jenkins
Hey look at me not being a fag. The counterpart to this ring sold for $4k at Sundance Resort in Utah.
Yeah, forgot that iPhone pics turn sideways for some reason. Whatever.
Adam Carter
Have any concept drawings of upcoming projects? Why do you need to cover labor costs? Who's labor?
Zachary Brown
That's pretty nice. Where or how do you sell your items? Do you cut and polish the stones yourself? I'm interested in this as it's always fun to find new investments. How do you feel about bitcoin to avoid international banking? What would your 2 cheapest projects need to get started?
Dominic Clark
Not gonna lie op. I don't like the ring. I award you one point, for getting someone to pay you cash money. May dog have mercy on your soul.
Nathan Gray
Do something original first, ask for money later. See Damien Hirst's Skull for further clarification
Uniqueness is worth its weight in gold in the jewellery market. The most profit I ever earned on a single sale what a horrible ruby and diamond broach that went for 27000. People who buy expensive jewellery have more money than brains.
Austin Edwards
That ring is pop-art!?
Daniel Moore
I'd love to chat in detail about any of my planned projects, all are designed to from a marketing pov to speak to mainstream cultural trends in the US. Lot's of money is being poured into fancy jewelry in music communities.
Planned are: a diamond necklace that spells HENTAI, a full pave set diamond Tamagotchi with either diamond or sapphire buttons, the BABY MILO logo (the predecessor to the BAPE brand) and a collaboration with THRASHER magazine, to name a few.
I operate a studio which at any time taps on a team of 10+ master craftspeople with combined generations of extremely specialized experience on particularly metalworking facets.
Each project ranges from about $5k-30k in investment, and I would walk through those costs per project with any of you.
Caleb Jackson
I don't like the ring either. It's an older style that worked well at Sundance Resort.
No it's not pop art.
I need capital to be able to move more boldly in that direction.
Damien Hirst has investors coming out of his ass. This is the same thing. I will be doing something original - then asking for money for it, the profit from which I am willing to split with you.
Jack Lee
You don't need capital -- you need an original idea first!
