Last week's was really strong, this week's easily the worst episode save for the final few minutes. There's so much Nolan exposition that just goes over the same themes and spells it all out. Not really gripping scene to scene or all that artful. Hopkins, Bernard, and the actors are carrying it. The tech stuff is cool.

This latest episode was pretty disappointing.

Bernard being a host was expected but it was still super underwhelming when revealed. It's actually Anthony Hopkins that is underwhelming to me. He repeats the same tropes, gives the same "look how evil I am" looks, does the same shit over and over. It's just not really interesting anymore.
