It's simply swedes, they're so bad that their official name is also the slur we use for them.
Heck the only reason Norway was given sovereignty was to avoid the swedes annexing them after the Napoleon wars, up until then they were quite content being part of Denmark.
The danes backed the wrong horse in that war and was willing to relinquish control over a large area, just to thumb their noses at the swedes and the Norwegians thanked them for it.
