The Balkan scene is really small, they seem to be more interested in other types of metal. By favorite Balkan band is probably Iskon, but The Stone and Wolf Hunger is also worth checking out from Serbia. There's also Stribog, but they aren't nearly as good as Striborg.
Sulphuric Night is a new band from Bosnia, and I really like them.
