First of all you'll need a host, or rather, several generations of hosts, as viruses don't reproduce outside of living cells. Since you're trying to infect a human, you'll need a virus that infects human tissues. Unfortunately for your retarded ass, viruses tend to be very host-specific and it's hard to get them to predictably switch hosts. This means you'll need several generations of human hosts at your disposal.
