vinyl is an objectively inferior format to digital files. Digital files have no blemishes, no inaccuracies, it is as close to the true recording as you can get.
Pressing music onto plastic polymer that deteriorates with time is not "superior" it's delusional to think so. Maybe your vinyl records sounded better in the 80s and early 90s but they no longer do. Everything is digital, music is recorded digitally, mastered digitally, everything is digital.
