Bad edition but at least it's not le celt edition.
I can't sleep in. Annoying.

Morning.

>Lions choking the second Warburton steps onto the field
Excellent

She played the fiddle in an Irish band but she fell in love with an

ENGLISH

man

Glad I didn't get up for the Lions match.

I wouldn't bother next week either. The Lions looked out of ideas after 50 minutes and the bench made everything worse while NZ got stronger and stronger as the game went on until they were in cruise control by the end. I think the first half was as good as its going to get for the Lions, they could wind up being humiliated next week.

Did POM play well?

Average I think. He was doing well in the lineout and fine around the field and the Lions began to collapse after he was subbed off, although that's probably coincidental. His replacement Warburton was really poor though.

Apparently the Japan match wasn't much of a spectacle either despite another comprehensive win.

Just had a quare looking breaded chicken for dinner now I feel like vomiting

just picked up the rubbish the knackers have been throwing into my front garden and put it in the bin. It was a few crisp packets and a cigarette pack this time. Thinking mayhaps I should get a guard dog or something of the sort.

Awake again. Dreamt I was a girl again.

>dinner
Bit early.

degenerate

Perchè state tutti a scrive in inglese?

Anybody ever watch Queens Blade? Is it good?

Everybody has early weekend dinners

youtu.be/99eI2wwIras

Saturday is a day for working. Sunday is a day of rest.
Eating early is only acceptable on a Sunday.

On saturday and sunday I usually have dinner between 6 and 8pm.

>Saturday is a day for working.
Even when I was employed this wasn't the case

>he doesn't have a farm to run
Are you from Dublin?

I don't live in an irrelevant shithole if that's what you're wondering.

Two retarded statements.

Feasgar math.

>everything outside Dublin is irrelevant
t. Dub.

The meme is real.

>everything outside Dublin is irrelevant
Let's be honest here, this is statement is about 80% correct

Depends on what you mean by "relevant".

Now that's a retarded statement.

It's not. The only people who actually believe this are dubliners because they've never stepped foot outside of dublin.

>local history and traditions
>clubs, rivalries, events
>"pretty much irrelevant, they don't even have a dunnes in walking distance"
What dublin tier bait.

Mightn't have been rich, but thank fuck I wasn't born in Dublin.

>local history and traditions
>clubs, rivalries, events
Dubs have no appreciation for those things. All they care about is new shopping centres and "entertainment".

>implying anyone in this country cares about anything like that
only in Gaelteacht areas have i seen people who seem to care about traditions and stuff

>There are Dubliners here right now posting among us

t. dub that went to Gaelteacht once in secondary school.
Same. I worked in there for a while and still visit for work on a near weekly basis. It's such a miserable shithole and everyone there is so disconnected with the rest of this country.
There's not many here yet because they'd be screaming and roaring more at us if they were. Waiting for collinsfag to arrive and have a mental breakdown though.

>only in Gaelteacht areas have i seen people who seem to care about traditions and stuff
Kek, this bait.
I assume they don't have Wren Boys in Dublin?

>the country boys coming together to put the perfidious Dub in his place
Good lads.

I would genuinely emigrate if my only choices were to work in Dublin or go abroad.

>Saturday is a day for working

>meanwhile in dublin

Does Wren Day still exist in this day and age?

>There are Limerickians here right now posting among us

Hate dublin but don't have an issue with this.
Honestly I don't think it's a thing where I live. Maybe in the west?

Those bales ain't going to move themselves.

Yes.

Are you actually a farmer? Because that's pretty weird to me even though I live in the countryside. Never knew any farmers to have much of an online presence.

Same desu. Wageslavery is bad enough, but having to live in Dublin and pay Dublin rents would make it even worse.

I'm in the west and the last time I heard it celebrated was in my father's time.

You have bales this early in the year>

>Maybe in the west?
t. Dub

>There are Limerickians here right now posting among us
That would be me.
Look up Wren Day, you may find it interesting. Proud Limerick tradition.

>That would be me.
What's Wren day though?

/éire/ is a farming general.

Yes it still happens on stephens day, I have no idea what happens but I always see it on the local paper
I raided with the son of a Kerry farmer in WoW during wrath of the lich king. He had to skip out of ICC on occasion to monitoring the calving.

>Are you actually a farmer?
My parents are. I went to college.

>You have bales this early in the year
Yes.

>anime

Do I count if I live and partially grew up in Limerick but was born somewhere else?

You're a plastic-Limcicky then

>What's Wren day though?
Bunch of people dress up (in hay or whatever, like birds) and call to all the houses in the parish playing music and collecting money for charity.
Finish up at the local pub and drink the night away.

>Finish up at the local pub and drink the night away.
Isn't it children that's supposed to do it?

From what I've seen the demographic who participate in it are usually very old. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the kind of thing that'll die out in the next 50 years.

>Isn't it children that's supposed to do it?
I don't see the problem.

Really I think the issue is that kids don't like doing anything that soon after Christmas. In essence the day is just a lower scale Halloween.

Remember Bluewolf?

I remember you wanting to bounce her head off the ground

Who?

illustrious boards.ie moderator

I was born in the Coombe. What's worse I have a Dooblin accent despite not being from there. Fuck sake.

Ireland vs Japan

You lost.

Post anime.

Cannot find highlights.

Please explain

Vitamin Dick is the only way to save their birthrates.

Ought to get an Ireland jersey and throw away my Japan one

Keep it. Are you coming to Japan2019 with us?

Why does everyone speak English in the Irish general?

I thought you guys had your own language.

Cannot confirm nor deny that I am currently eating a Magnum tub.

White chocolate is shit.

Got my own plans for Japan 2019 already
What flavour?

>Got my own plans for Japan 2019 already
Those better include bringing me with you.

I generally prefer white chocolate, but a bit of variety is nice.

>What flavour?
If I was eating it, it would probably be normal chocolate.
Though I wouldn't mind Tayto flavoured ones either.

Was actually planning on watching one of the SA/Japan matches (if there will be any)

>I generally prefer white chocolate

>Not liking sweet things

Went to the shop to buy orchard thieves light and a magnum tub icecream.
>€6.65 for the icecram.
Told them to fuck off.

>orchard thieves light
>light
Why?

That was rude.

/éire/ is too corporate. Fucking viral marketers.

>€6.65 for the icecram
Usually best to buy whatever they have on sale for €3.
Got some strawberry Ben & Jerry during the week. Was pretty good.

They should have an /éire/ discount bundle for those two items

People think drinking "light" alcohol is any different in terms of calories to actual drinks. In reality it's just more expensive for less alcohol content.

Because I said so.
28 calories per 100ml. Don't care about the price. It isn't that expensive and its still 4.5% alcohol.
If it wasnt for the calorie content I'd just drink normal orchard thieves like I used to before the light version came out.
I just presumed it was always €3. Don't think I'll buy it anymore if it's over that.
Didn't actually say it user.

>the commie does all the marketing
Pottery.

Ha ha, that's nonsense, user! Now why don't you cool off with a nice Orchard Thieves Light™ and maybe buy a tub of Magnum™ ice cream?

>AA drinks Light Alcoholic drinks
Unsurprising.

What? The calorie and alcohol information is disclosed and it is fewer calories and contains the same level of alcohol.

Why does this upset you?

There's nothing wrong with drinking light beers or cider. They taste great, an user really sold me on them yesterday by describing the taste as if "somebody dropped a bag of skittles into vodka".

I think that was me and my intention was the opposite.

Me & the boys drinking some white wine with lemonade

>literally dressed like half of them

Tracksuit bottoms and runners are fine but I hope you don't wear a baseball cap.
