You can be intelligent and get Cs in uni. I got Cs until i switched into a degree I liked and then started getting straight As. It sounds like a meme but grades are not necessarily an indicator of intelligence. There are plenty of only slightly above average intelligence people who do great in school, and geniuses who do terrible. Shit happens all the time. Just gotta figure out why you're doing bad.

He was annoyed at how electronic music was turning into just an adaptation of regular 12-tone music, so he took it upon himself to make the bloopyiest beepey weird-as-weird-can-get """"music"""" with some moogs and tape effects. I love it, but it really, really isn't for everyone.
